1. well i was wondering if a girl that is 15 turning 16 in 2 months is going out with someone that just turned 25, could that someone go to jail?
2. what if the girl is not a virgin and the cops find out and they try to accuse the boy and she denies it could they file charges???

ok i'm a 15 year old girl and i need some answers about 2 or 3 weeks ago me and this sophomore that goes to my school we did some "stuff" we went to like 3rd base. I went over to his house like 2 or 3 weeks ago on monday and we just made out ALOT then on tuesday was when everything else happend everything was fine before that and then on thursday i asked if he wanted to come up to school and just hang out or w/e and he was like "no thanx" and so i asked why whether it was b/c he couldnt or there was nothing to do there and he said both and that i didnt talk and i was clueless after that i obviously wanted to kno why he said that so i called him and talked to him and all he gave me were half ass answers and he was being an ass the next day at school when i was trying to text my brother and he texted me and was like "stop talking to me" so i was like wtf but i didnt care i was mad at him than and still kinda am so my question is what is his deal and did i get used? ok.. ive liked this guy for a while now and now he knows and i can tell he likes me too but i think that were both afraid to talk to eachother :(.. i really really like him and i wanna be able to talk to him but im really really shy. and plus ive never had to go and talk to someone, theyve always came to me. but anyways.. its been a few weeks and i jus wanna get it over with and talk to him...but the thing is.. i dont kno wut to say, and when or w/e so can u pleasssee help me?? im starting to get frustrated with myself cause i cant do it. I dont have any classes with him so i cant send a note or anything,plus hes not that kinda kid.. and i really wanna do something tomorrow so i can talk to him.

Well if you know he likes you try to talk to him. And if your super shy try to get one of your friends to talk to him. Or get someone to get his screen name then tell him then. It won't be as bad trust me. Then you can ask him out or w/e you want.

Just keep it cool. take a breath mint (just in case) and always look her in the eyes and try to make her laugh. Try not to act all stupid too. Just be yourself. And don't try to change your personality because you want her to like you for you.

okay, on thursday...we walked by this guy and i said "wow, hes hot" and he looked over, but it was like a slow turn not like he heard or anything. but then he smiled at me when he saw me...
Friday- he saw me playing cards w/ my friends. and walked over and asked me if he could play. I think he said 1 secntence to the other girls. And he would stare at me and act emmbarrassed when we BS-ed him (we were playing BS) and talked only to me...
Anyway, my other friends like him and so do i. And it bugs me when my friends like the same guy

Today, my family and I (14/m) were out playing sports. All was well for a while. Untill my lil brother started to misbehave and be uncooperative.I got vexxed, but i controlled my rage untill we got home.
At home, i was still vexxed.
(since my birthday is about a montn away)My mom asked me what i wanted for my birthday. I told her "i want my brother to be gone for my birthday. that would be the perfect gift."
She got vexx at me. so vexx she couldn't speak. Sheleft the room.
I went to look for her later and i found her crying. what i said really got to her emotionally. she just looked at me like everything was lost.
that look got to me. i am sorry i told her that.
but i dont know what to do.
What should i do?
i can't let her feel like she grew me up wrong- i am her 1st born. she will just give up with the others too.

Does anyone have any tips for swallowing pills? I have some pills from my doctor for a bronchidal infection, and they were huge, I had to cut them up into fourths, yet they still are tough to get down. Tips or tricks? (link)

okay so i am 14/f and i have never had a boyfriend before. Many times i have come close like this year but then something always gets in the way and ruins it. What i want to know is what is wrong with me i mean i have alot of friends and i am active and athletic and people tell me i am beautiful but i never have had a boyfriend and i dont know if i am doing something wrong. Well thats a hard one. I have a suggestion though! Try getting his attention before he gets in the car and say like hey where you going. Then try to start a conversation. And if your really up to it ( probly not ) you could flirt.
