You can have a "real job" at 13, and your missing your childhood if you do, the most you can do to get money is do yardwork, babysit, clean, etc.

You can be 15 & 16 and have a work permit, then work. But most places won't hire a 15 year old.

This summer I would like to trim my stomach. Its uncomfortable and unattracting. What SPECIFIC ways could I lose it? I do not like running. However I like to ride my bike. What exercises could build abs? Could ab exercises help trim down your stomach along with cardio work? (16/F)

Running makes muscles in your lower back & legs, so if your looking for your stomach I'd strongly suggest Cardio, and 'The Bender Ball.' It really does work. :)

K so my life sucks i go to school i do everything im asked and even though im too young to work and cant find work i still do things for some of the neighbors just so i can make some money and buy my own stuff but my parents still dont like me they only like my older brother who does a lot of bad things but never gets caught like he stole my moms debit and used it like crazy and then put it in my room so i would get in trouble basically i feel like running away my parents yell at me all the time my brother hits me and because i get sick a lot im home most of the time and i get yelled at even more so my school asked if i wanted to do school online so i could be healthy and not have to worry about missing school and work. when the school suggested i said yes and my mom did too but then because my brother twisted there minds and said it was bad and stuff they now said no and latley ive been feeling worse but nobody will take me to the doctor and i dont know how to get around in busses and its to far to walk and i dont have money for a cab so is there like a shelter or anything in Surrey BC for me to go to so i can get away from these abusive peoepl

I can't relate, but I can offer support and advice. You need to talk to someone at school who you trust, who can find you help if your getting abused at home. It'll hurt, & I know that. But in the long run- You, and your family need counsling. You need to have a serious talk with your parents aboout your brother and how they blame you for things you've never done. They probably won't believe you at first, but prove your stronger and better than your brother. It'll all workout as soon as they earn trust in you. But serisouly hun, talk to someone at school who can send you somewhere. Like a rehab center to get control of your life and talk about everything. I've been there twice and I always feel better. My name is Anna. Because of personal reasons I can not afford healthy food which means that I dont get to eat my Vitamins and also certain types of fruits and vegetables. If i continue on eating like this, will this allow me to get Scurvy or any other types of diseases?

I'm not a doctor, but not eating healthy doesn't mean you'll get Scurvy, but It lowers your Immune system to fight infections. Depending on how old you are, you need to talk to your parents for money. You cant buy a pack of vitamins once a week? Talk to your doctor about this, and the money issuse. Best of luck. i dont understand people.

how come people always come to me to borrow or use something?

like, someone once said, "oh i would ask so-and-so but so-and-so is too nice."

its not like i know the person any less than so-and-so unless the borrower just felt more comfortable with me? or doesnt care about.. i dunno.

i dont get it. what are your principles when it comes to borrowing other people's stuff?

It all depends on who is asking you, and what their asking for. If their a best friend- I can understand. If their not anywhere close, tell them no. You don't really know if their using you unless you tell them no, it's yours. Depending on what they want to borrow. The only time I borrow my BEST FRIEND(s) Clothes is if we trade for one day, and return after school. I don't borrow anything else other than clothes. Inbox me if you need more!

WHY CANT I LISTEN TO MYSPACE MUSIC OR YOUTUBE VIDEOS ANYMORE!? like i used to be able to listen to both then i couldnt listen to myspace music and now i cant eve listen to youtube videos, ive downloaded flas phayer 9 like 934 times but it doesnt help, GAH HELP.

Did you try restarting your computer then trying it? You've probably tried to download it to many times in one night. Or maybe you need to upgrade your internet. Inbox me if this doesn't work.

Blake(Sophomore,15,M) Ok not too long ago i told my gf that i don't live near how i feel. Before this we would basically text 24/7. We decided we are going to meet up in college since her mom doesn't want her to have any bf's before college. Now my problem is that ever since i told her how i feel she seems to be dodging me. Most of the time it's when i get to talking about seeing her or when we get to college. She always seems to have to go, and i am barely able to talk to her at all now I miss the long texting conversations we would have and occasionally talked over the phone. I don't understand do you think she is dodging me and if so do you know of anyways I can get her to be like she was before? Thank you in advance!

Why dont you text her that saying that & ask her way she is doing that? She probably wants to get close to another guy or wants to date you but her mom wont let her. So she probably figures why get close? Best of luck. Inbox me for more.

Okay soo I went to this website my frann told me about during school
My Highschool has webcams bulit into the computers
So this website lets us use them
Once you take a picture it lets you send it to yer email
But I did this around 2pm and its 11:34pm
And I still havent gotten them

It could be the website, or maybe even a fake website. The last time a picture was shown on the website was In May of 08'. Are your sure It hasnt been shut down?

So I made a fake myspace. But everytime I sign in, in the 'people you might know' section, it shows my REAL account. So I was just wondering if it would show that for other people too. Like if it would show my fake account with my real account or something, since I sign into both. I don't want it to be suspicious, because I'm doing this for a good purpose.

It will show you under 'people you may know' because you probably have the same state/city set for both of the profiles. Change the fake one to something else & I doubt you'll come up under commnon friends. It won't show that it's you on the fake account just because your under common people. :)
