Okay, losing 15 pounds isn't that big of a task, but it may take more than 3 weeks. Just eat healthy, and exercise. Have a positive attitude and don't give up. The worst thing is to have a low self-esteem or self image. Also, black makes you look thinner. Don't wear skin tight shirts or skin tight jeans. Honestly, your not really that overweight.
