Okay so I'm thirteen years old and I just got my period yesterday. I was at a pool party that day and my friends gave me a tampon, instructions, and locked me in a bathroom trying to get me to put the damn thing in. It was ''regular'' size (Tampex with the yellow code or w/e) and it hurt soooooooooooooooo much! I had the tip in and then after that it hurt soo much, it wouldn't go in. I just bought Playtex ''Lites Junior'' or something and I'm too afraid to put it in. Help! (link)

what i try to do is look for a path.. you have to feel around with the tampon, if it hits your bone, thats bad! dont put it on your bone) and dont put it in straight up. this might sound wierd but aim towards your ass! start with a small tampon first.. and when you have to take a piss, hold up the string. dont leave it in for more than 4 hours or else it will hurt really bad! and its gonna hurt for a while until your hole gets bigger. but its perfectly normal for that to happen. If it doesnt stop hurting after about 5 months, your putting it in wrong, your most likley putting it on your bone so remeber, look for a path!

well im going out of town tomorow to go and visit some old friends. im going to go to school witht them, but i used to be really wierd and shy... how can i make it seem like ive changed fro the best... i look a lot diferent (like prettier) and ive gotten taller/etc... but what else cna i do to make them all say "woah!! shes hott!" to make them thing you look a lot better, wear some eye liner, eyeshadow, and mascera.. dont wear too much (you want to look natural, not fake) try some brown eyeshadow with black liner. get your eyebrows waxed and make your hair look fashionable (whatever goes best with your face shape) wear hoop earrings and a silver neclace. maybe get your nails done too. i hope it goes well! good luck

if your "friend" gets mad when you talk to a guy or who your friends with, then maybe shes not a good friend. talk to her about it, be like, "whats going on? why are you getting mad over this?" maybe shes just jealous.. so try to hook her up with someone and she wont get as mad when you talk about boys. good luck!

Okay, for everyone or anyone who answers this, I really want a good answer. So here it goes.. My best best best friend is moving..because her divorsed parents are getting back together. and she seems fine with it. Our town (i dont want to sound posh about this one..) is a pretty rich town, homes go up to 1.1 million. and so her mom doesn't want to pay that kind of money for a house. Its so scary, because we are so close, I don't know what to do!

if you and your friend are close, then you dont have a lot to worry about. best friends means best friends forever. so even if you guys dont hang out as much, that doesnt mean you cant still keep in touch. make sure you talk to her about it. Like, "your my best friend, i dont want to lose you or get replaced." just keep her in your heart, and thats where she'll stay.

i have serius issues on depression. i mean everyday for the past month ive been down. please dont make fun of me. i cant help it. i just lost a gr8 friend/boyfriend a couple of weeks ago and i havent been happy or the same since then. i dont want to take freakin pills cause it makes me feel unhuman. it lowers my self esteem. i havent had any self esteem in over a month. everybody told me to move on and find someone else to go out with but its not that simple to move on after a heartbreak. i have changed so much in the past month. well, by people telling you to move on and find someone new obviously doesnt help. i know they are trying to help but dont listen to them, trust me it doesnt work. and i wish i could say that you will get over him soon but i cant. i've been in almost the same situation, theres not really anything you can do but tell him how u really feel. speak from the heart, if he doesnt listen and just doesnt care, maybe you should try to listen to your friends when they say to move on.. its going to take a while but have faith in urself and keep telling urself "i can do it, i dont need him" and remember.. you *dont* need him.. you have to be happy with yourself first. good luck =)
