Q: Do you guys think that it is wrong to kiss someone if you feel that there might be something more than just friends but after youve kissed the guy... U just didnt feel anything? Was i wrong to kiss him and now hurt him by having to tell him i dont feel anything for him more than just friends ?

If you want to save your friendship, you should definitely be honest with him. It's not your fault if you don't feel anything when you kiss and you shouldn't lead him on either. It may be weird at first but he will be okay in time.

Q: My father took everything of value and left us.
My mother is mentally ill and now has no insurance(so she's off her pills).
My sister is a major suck up to our mother(Favorite child).
Were stuck in an Extended Stay hotel and,its sucking up all the income we have.We have tried all "free" places for medicine and help.But our income is too high,but its not enough for us to live on.
I barely make $150 a week from my job and, its considered part time.I'm at my job all day from 10AM to 4PM and,they don't consider it full time.So because of the time and all the work,I can't get a 2nd job.We have no car,so we take the public city bus everywhere(which is $1.50 there and back per person).
My problem is my mother.She's always been an mental abuser and only to me.She says that "I'll never be anything","I'll never go to college,and even if I did I'd fail it","Ill never be anything in life,or have a husband let alone a boyfriend"... That was just this week.
She said that to me because I told her to "hold on one moment" while I was filling up water bottles,and she wanted me to look for a phone number for her.It only took 2 minutes and I couldn't look away or I'd have water on the floor.
My sister is a major suck up to our mother.She sides with her even when moms wrong.She won't stick up for anyone and can't even keep a job that long.she keeps calling out at work and lying to them about why.I tell her to quit it and I get screamed at by mom (mom encourages her to call out).
Right now I got no friends,because I don't have time.I got no other family to go to,and right now mother plans on leaving with my sister.They plan to go to grandma's and I can't come.she made that clear.Were all old enough to be on our own,but we weren't ever encouraged or pushed to go on our own.Our mother was one of those ones that did everything for you,even when you didn't want her to (tried getting her to stop,but that only made her mad and she'd guilt me into letting her).
So where do I go?Do I leave my job and beg my deadbeat dad to go,live with him in another state?
Or do I take my chances on the street?If I do that I lose everything I own.

I'm sorry that this situation has happened to you. You seem like a wonderful person and do not deserve this. Have you tried talking with your grandmother yourself? Since it is her place she decides who stays in it, not your mom.
Maybe you can work out a deal with your grandmother where you help pay for your stay and still save up and try to get a place of your own. Or you could stay with your dad and work in the other state until you can save up enough to be on your own. If not, there isn't a single friend or cousin even that you could try to stay with?
I believe things will work out in your favor in time. Just try to stay positive and try every possible option there is. Just try to look out for YOU and no one else. Worry about supporting yourself and getting into a better situation.

Q: You answered my question about making a job change recently. After initially accepting the offer, I recanted and turned it down. Later that day the HR Manager left me a voicemail stating management really liked me and wanted to sweeten the offer. I called this morning. Instead of making an offer, she asked me what it would take to get me to come. I gave her a number that was 6% more than what Iwas offered, but still well within the stated salary range. She later sent an email saying she gave the proposal to management and that they were going to pursue other candidates. They didn't even make a counter offer, and said they really didn't think I wanted the job. I thought it was bizarre.

Hmm, perhaps they were hoping that you wouldn't ask for an increased salary. They may be looking to pick someone from the list who will cost them the least amount of money. However, you shouldn't settle for less than what you think you deserve. I say weigh out the pros and cons and determine which choice will suit you best.

Q: I'm an 11 year old female
Even though it takes me an hour to go to sleep without a light source, and outside at night I'll start getting sick (she's witnessed this), and once I tried to talk to her, and said it was nyctophobia, she only laughed and said it's not a phobia. She also tries to fix it on her own. The problem is, she thinks she could fix it, but she isn't trained to do it,I know I need a psychologist or something like that, but she refuses to admit it. If your mother is refusing to get the proper treatment for you, try talking to someone else about it. Is there another trusted adult in your life? Another family member or a teacher or counselor at your school. It is mental abuse for a mother to ignore their child if there could be something wrong with them and the mother won't try to fix it.

At that age it is possible he is afraid of getting you pregnant again so he might just want to avoid intercourse altogether. However, if it is upsetting and affecting you, try being more intimate with him in the bedroom and do things to spice up your love life to make him want sex. If he still is denying you then just talk with him and express how your feeling. Communication is key.

She could have a UTI (urinary tract infection) which is common among women, especially after they have sex and did not clean themselves properly. It usually results in painful urination and possible blood droplets in the urine.
She could also be allergic to the material the condom is made of.
Or lastly she could have an sti. My advice to you is to have her take a pregnancy test if you are that worried. If the problem still persists though she should see a doctor.

Q: My mom is weird. She yells for the stupidest stuff and gets angry quickly. Today we rented a movie and my brother played it off the ps3 . I'm sorry you are going through this. I had a similar experience with my mom growing up. And once I was older I learned that it was my mom who was unhappy with her life and she took that anger out on my brother and I.
Try talking to your mom and let her know how she is making you feel. It is possible that she is having a hard time coping with the stress in her life and doesn't realize the effect she is having on you. Just know that your mother does love you.

Q: My boyfriend and I are middle school sweethearts and we have finally decided to try and start a family. It's easiest to get pregnant while you are ovulating, so find out when that occurs for you and try then. If you still aren't having luck, maybe you should see a fertility doctor.

Q: Hello! I have a few prominent scars from cutting and burning on my thighs and wrists and I need a way to reduce their look in a few weeks of time. Makeup is not really an option since I will be heading to a lake with a few people in my family and swimming and sun tanning. Try to drink and eat as healthy as possible, drink a lot of water and get your vitamins, especially vitamin C, if your body isn't healthy, it will heal at a slower rate.
For the outside, try applying Aloe vera to your scars 2 or 3 times a day. Also, if you have the money for it, try buying Vaseline, mederma, or scar gel to rub on them a couple times a day.

Q: I'm a 14 year old girl. Whenever I stand up I get very dizzy and my vision blacks out for about give seconds. The other day, I blacked out for five whole minutes when I first got out of bed in the morning. I told my mom and she says make sure you're eating enough food (I get 1,200-1,400 calories a day and drink a lot of water. I have a pretty healthy diet). My mom also said that looking at my phone screen for extended periods of time could cause it too. I also black out a little when I stretch up. Like when you first wake up and you stretch a little to crack your joints, I blackout for a few seconds. Should I see a doctor or can this be easily fixed?

If you are leading a healthy life style and still blacking out, I would definitely see a doctor. Unless your mom is a doctor, she can't properly diagnose you and this could be something serious. If your mom won't take you to see a doctor perhaps you can talk to your school's nurse? Better to be safe than sorry!

Q: A few months ago I started to talk to a guy online and we were talking about having a relationship. About a month ago I abruptly stopped talking to him because I was slightly suspicious if he was legit. A week later, I was alone at my house when a man rang my doorbell and when no one answered, started to look in the windows. He didn't have a car with him. Did you give out your real name or any information that would lead him to know where you live? If no, then it might be the paranoia getting to you. However, you should be able feel safe in your own home, and if this continues I suggest telling your parents. They may get mad at first, but in the long run you will be safer and feel better about it.

Q: I have an elderly neighbor who feels that he needs to dictate what everyone does with their property. Once he tried to have my truck towed because he didn't like it parked on the street. Now he called the city inspector out to look at a car under my carport. It didn't have up to date tags. I'm on a budget and expecting my first child in Sept. So yes, I didn't update my tags but thought the car would be fine under my carport on private property. This man has been a bully for years to other neighbors. How can I deal with this ignorant man?

Have you tried confronting his bullying? Ask him what his problem is. Aside from drawing attention to the out dated tags, as long as you are breaking any city laws, his complaints won't amount to anything. He may just be old and bitter and there isn't much you can do to change him if that is how he is. Just do your best to ignore him, or kill him with kindness.

Good quality sun glasses block out harmful UV rays. The fake glasses may not be able to do that. If you don't care about name brands, try to find some good quality/inexpensive ones. Usually in stores there is also a tiny sticker on the sunglasses that tell you if it blocks the uv rays, hope this helps! :)
