My friend was too embarassed to ask herself so she asked me to ask for her. She had unprotected sex a week or so ago and she's supposeed to get her period soon. how long does it take until you know you're pregnant? will you know by her next period (which is in like 4 days or so) or will she still get her period and miss the next one? (link)

it usually depends on the body, i guess. She could always goi to a local clinic and have a test to see if shes pregnant and its free as well as the doctors dont tell your parents without your permission. Or pick up a home pregnancy test and see for herself, but those aren't always completely accurate.

I personally think girls should wait till marriage, but thats entirely up to you.

k,my bf & I have sex. We always use condoms (the spermicide kind)..he never gets off in me...and afer sex,he always checks to see if the condom has broke. The thing is... I skipped my period this mth-& it is the 1st time that has happend.
I do not feel any different or anything--Just super nervous!
Two Questions:
1.)Should I be worried that I'm pregnant?!
2.)Can you have a late period from having alot of sex?

Get a pregnancy test to make sure, or go to your towns clinic and get tested to see if your pregnant and they wont consult your parents without your permission. There's always a chance of getting pregnant when you have sex.

First of all, I'm very sorry for your loss. You need to take the time to mourn over your parents death because it hurts you more in the long run if you dont. I know the feeling of losing someone very close to me so I have a idea of what your going through. Just try and keep your head up and make it through the day. I can't say that time will take away the pain because it doesn't, it just numbs it.

so i have basically a two in one deal here.
1. can you get pregnant while on your period?
2. can you be pregnant but get your period the first month? in other words, your pregnant but you still get your period, and then after that month you miss it?
