It certainly will not hurt for you to go get tested. Your question doesn't specify whether or not he got any seminal fluid on his hands, if he did there is a risk of both pregnancy and sti/stds. If not, you are probably in the clear. If he did, you're still probably in the clear. However, getting tested is still a good idea, and you absolutely should require that he wash his hands before touching your gentials.

If you're having your period post-sex, it's pretty safe to say you're not pregnant. In the future, you should probably make him wear a condom and/or look into hormonal birth control methods. You cannot depend on just being lucky.

On the physical side, there is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbation. If anything it's healthy because it increases blood flow to your genitals and relieves sexual tension without the risk of STIs.
There may be moral issues, and although I find religious rules against them ridiculous, you may feel different. Because I am not you, I cannot tell you if it's ok for you on this level.

You can get preggers from precum, see your OBGYN and make sure everything's all-right. Wether you had sex or not doesn't really effect it, because sperm can survive a while in the air (kudos for knowing that, quite a few people don't)

okay, well i had sex with this guy about a month ago and the condom broke. i took ecp (emergency contriception pills) or day after pills,about 48-60 hours after we had sex. but yeah, i was supposed to get my period like a week and a half ago and i havent, i know this is a side effect of the pill, and i even took a pregnancy test and it came out negitive, but my boobs have been hurting and ive been having cramps at the top of my stomach and always having this fullness in my stomach? but yeah anyway, my question is how likely is it that i am? i know im being paranoid but i cant help it! I dunno, but you should be tested by a doctor, just in case. There are usually free clinics in any area.
Also, your symptoms may be side-effects of the EC

Certain Hormones are being released to stop ovulation and the rest of the menstural cycle. Some preagnancy tests can dectect them. Or go to a family planning clinic (planned parenthood, if you're in the bay area, Daly City Youth Health Center, when you call to make the appointment, ask about confidentiality if you don't want your parents to know) or your doctor and have your preagnancy test done professionally, or wait for a missed period.
Also, if it happens again, I'd look into the morning-after pill, or just go on normal contraception as a back-up.

You should be very worried, alot of the time STDs show no symptoms. Tell him that you're worried about both of your health and that you need him to get tested, just to put your mind at ease.
