ok so im going to see the gynecologyst for the first time. and well is there any way that they can tell that i've had sex? because my mom is going with me and im 16 and she doesnt know.

there's no way you can tell if you've had sex or not. he will be able to see if your hymen is still in tact or not but that doesnt really mean anything as it can be broken during exercise. your doctor will understand that you might not want to say anything in front of your mum and so may ask to speak to you alone or just wont ask you at all. you won't be the first person thats been in that position.
you could always ask your mum if you could go in alone. just say that you want some privacy or that your old enough and could go in by yourself.

Ok me and my girlfriend plan to have sex soon, the thing is that it is both of are first time and i know that sometimes it can be painful or uncomfortable for the girl. so i need some tips and advice on how to make it less painful/uncomfortable for her so she can enjoy it to the full. i dont like the idea of hurting her (link)

Make sure she's relaxed and comfortable before you start, being nervous will tighten the vagina and make it more painful. Fingering her first will make her vagina more ready and lubricated which will make it hurt less. Apart from that there is really little you can do to stop it hurting her, its just something that happens. It might be okay for her, some girls it hurts and some girls it's just a little bit uncomfortable.
Just keep asking her if shes okay and ask if she wants you to stop.

Yes your right it depends on the girl but it also depends on the circumstances. if your really nervous it can tighten the vagina making you bleed more but its nothing to worry about its only a little bit of blood, a light spotting which only last for a short time it just depends on the girl. some girls don't even bleed at all or they do and don't even notice it.

Yes, it's kind of a thin layer, called the hymen, at the top of the vagina that breaks when the penis enters it. It can be painfull for some people or just mildly uncomfortable and sometimes a person can bleed afterwards but it's nothing to worry about. The hymen is only very thin and so can be broken prior to the person even having sex, horse riding, cycling, using tampons or just vigarous exercise can break it.
