Just for the info, I'm the shyest girl in the grade. Okay well I'm friends with this girl and she has a tendency to brag...a LOT. Okay, she is not very popular but she is the only one I can hang out with because I can't get to the next "group" in popularity levels. Then I made friends with this popular girl but I don't know how to approach her and talk to her at school, they all seem in one tight group. So basically I need to make new friends, but I'm supershy and I have a big fear of being rejected.
aw l0l if you guys are friends, maybe you should just talk to her a little at a time and get more comfortable. compliment her on her clothes or hair, or maybe just bring up something you guys did together. just small talk until you get a lil more comfortable. hope that helps!
Me n my friend have been best friends for a few years now but then she met this girl and shes a really bad influence on her-drinking smoking and cutting herself. now me n my friend arent really best friends nemore and shes lost a lot of her friends because no1 really likes the other girl and she's really mean to me. My friend's been cutting herself fer about a year and i don't know what to do to get her to stop but she's going to start drinking too cuz she thinks it will help and she wont really listen to anyone. she told me she's turning into a person she never wanted to be-doing the things she does and ruining her life b4 she's even 13 but she still doesnt stop. theres a lot of crap going on in her life right now but still.. i dont know what to do anymore please help me!
omg i'm in the same situation! you need to just maybe have her over to your house one day and talk to her, let her know your always there to help. maybe ask her why she's doing some of this stuff and then offer all the advice you have. sometimes all they need is a friend, and maybe since you guys were such good friends, she'll really take comfort in talking to you! hope that helps
ok, i dont know exactly how to get a reputaion of sum kind in 6th grade. I have a popular friend that i dont usualy hang out with. should i start hanging out with her in order to get kool. or not?
aw i was in that boat in 6th grade haha. so you wanna be more popular? usually to do that you just like be yourself and maybe go outside of your comfort zone a lil and talk to people you usually wouldn't. maybe go out more and do some of the stuff that a lot of the other kids are doing. hope that helps!
um i have a question . . . I like this guy but hes kinda of what you would call a "nerd" and if i ever went out with him people would laugh at me.Should i go out with him or find someone else?

my friend has been having trouble with her family, she always fights with her mom and she really hates living there. she's ran away from home like 5 times and threatens not to come home. i'm worried for her...
well i think running away is a bad solution because the problem is still there when you come back. maybe she just needs to talk it over with her parents and see if she can get a fresh start. i have a friend who's going through the same thing! what my friend did was go out to dinner with her parents and apologize. hope that helps :)
