Cover-ups and foundations don't usually cover up bad skin. But instead of covering it up, why not just fix it? The Proactiv system is AMAZING. I don't have acne, no one in my family does, but my sister got it a few years ago because of her allergy medication. She used Proactiv, and it was AMAZING. It's not TOO much, but seriously-- perfect skin is worth the money!

they're usually around $200-$250. Chanel store, Bloomie's, Nordstrom, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, etc.

Use a 1/2" curling iron to make loose curls. Part hair on the side and just let it hang! This looks glamourous, natural, and totally flirty. Enjoy!

Do you wear bras with your bat mitzvah dress? What kind? I'll describe my dress...
It's not a gown really. Gowns sort of hold it in for you but mine doesn't. It has spaghetti straps and the body is sort of "scrunched". At the waist starts the skirty part. It's sheer and stops at my calves. The under layer stops at my knees. (not that you needed to know)

My mom makes me wear the dumbest clothes! It's so annoying. She's Chinese, and she grew up in a society you get one pair of pants a year. I'm 13, but the kind of clothes I have to wear are like for a ten-year-old! I hate it! Stuff like pink and white striped T shirts and rose-printed shorts and stuff she thinks that are "cute" and "what kids should wear." I H-A-T-E pastels!

Try a compromise. Take her to some stores that you like, and see if you can find anything that both of you like. Try Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, Juicy Couture, Junk Food tees, etc. for girly finds that still have a cool edge to them.

Wear a polo and some cute jeans. Abercrombie&Fitch always looks cute. Try ripped jeans so they stand out and a colored polo and a sparkly pair of flats or sandals. Try going for a simple, pretty hairdo-- long and straight or curled out of face, maybe half-back with a sparkly clip. Show off your summer tan with glowing bronzer and nice big eyes with natural lips-- just chapstick if you have full lips, lip gloss if they're thin or normal. Wear a little jewelry to dress it up, because jeans dress it down.

I have very fine hair. It's about shoulder length and I have lots of layers and bangs (its blonde too by the way) The problem is it's super straight and kinda thin so when I roll it to make it look thicker in the morning it always ends up fallin down and looking icky. haha. what could i do to help my hair hold the curl, who should i get a special hair cut...if so what kind? Try getting layers. If your hair is fine, that'll give it some volume.

I need help finding a back to school outfit (shirt specifically). My style is kind of glam & funky...i like stores like forever 21 & wetseal. I have looked in forever21, and couldn't find a thing i liked. Wet seal is no longer in my mall,so that's not an option. I have been to marshalls, tj maxx, bob's, the gap, express, and found nothing! all of these stores have basically all long sleeve shirts now (i want short sleeve), or are too pricy. i don't really want to spend over 20 bucks on a shirt. where can i go? if it helps i live in simsbury CT...i can travel about 25 min max (my mom works_. please help! Abercrombie&Fitch, Hollister, Junkfood tees are cute, Urban Outfitters, Bloomingdale's, MAcy's sometimes has nice things, Century 21 and Loehmann's have some cute things and great bargains, Juicy Couture is a little pricey but amazingly great.

Apply soft black eyeliner to your eye normally on the inside. Then put a little around the outside and smear it slightly so it goes all around the bottom. Make a little short line-- TINY!!!-- on the side from the inside. Smear it slightly so that it joins with the bottom. Close the eye and apply a tiny amount to top of the eye and smudge slightly. Open up the eye and apply 2 coats of mascara to top and bottom and-- voila! beautiful smokey eyes!!

herbal essences styling mousse. Oh fyi-- it's spelled "mousse"-- NOT moose!! A moose is a big hairy animal that's brown and looks like a horse with big antlers. Mousse is a thick, creamy hair product. The name is french.

my dad says that i can not get a straightner because it will ruin my hair and i will have disgusting hair when i get older and its just really bad for my hair. hes like "you can get the same effect by blow drying it" but i know that you cant because he has this picture in his mind of when i blow dried my hair a certain way once and it was SOOOOO puffy and ugly so i just put it up. and thats what hes thinking of! im like "no dad thats not it! my hair looks soo much different and better when its straightend! it is my hair and ill pay for it with my own money" he just gave me a look like he mite consider it. but i dont know, how can i he sure? Use protecting shampoo, conditioner, and hair lotion. ThermaSilk has amazing hair products that protect your hair and keep it gorgeous! Use a ceramic iron and blow-dry first.

Abercrombie & Fitch. They have cute cowboy-ish belts for around $50. Also, I was at Urban Outfitters yesterday (in New York City) and they had good ones for $48.

ok so tomorrow im gettin my hair trimmed and im thinkin about gettin bangs that are to the sides not over my forehead, and i wanna cut the bottom or my hair so it like starts shorter at one end and gets longer as it goes to the other side. my hair right now is brown and goes to the middle of my back. do you think that would look good? It probably wore off because you used a cheap hair dye, or your shampoo/conditioner is not good for your hair when it's colored. Try Pantene Pro-V or Garnier Fructis for Colored Hair. Also, try another hair dye because that one probably is cheap.

Try changing your part. Side parts are really in right now. Of course, if you want a middle part, which are in in Italy (i should know, i just was there two weeks ago and got my hair cut there.) Angle your hair in the front, and if you want to, just tuck your hair behind your ears and cover your ears with hair. It looks really hott, just don't do it with a plain outfit. Like, today I have my hair out of my face, but i have a hott outfit. I'm wearing an Abercrombie cami, an Abercrombie&Fitch see-through long sleeved white shirt (showing stomach), ripped, bleached jeans from Abercrombie, a purple tie-around belt with some gold studs in the shape of a diamond and gold ring with purple fringies hanging down, and sparkly chinese slippers. Do NOT do that with baggy jeans and a sweatshirt and sneakers. This is for pros ONLY.
