ok I have very thick hair a few inches past my shoulder..and I am starting to wash it alot more so it won't be frizzy..soo now I always have to do something to it or it will be REALLY big and poofy..well I can't blow dry my hair straight..it takes forever and it never works..so I got all those straightening poducts..but they're all for when you blow dry your hair straight..when you don't..it just makes it not frizzy ya know? I straighten it alot but to make it look good it takes SOOO long and I dont have the time and it's really bad for your hair..can't get it chemically cuz thats bad too and I got it once and it messed up..so any tips to help? use the strongest holding gel you can find, and apply all over barely-damp hair after showering, running your hands pressed together along your hair to press it in. not only will it eliminate frizz, but it will flatten out your hair over all, plus give you that just-out-of-the-shower look. tres sexy.

well, for halloween my friends and i all wanted to be fairys together, just for the fun of it. the thing is, i really don't have that much $ so i m trying to make a costume. does anyone have any ideas on how i could put this all together? just so you know, i suck at sewing. lol. but if its an easy pattern, i can probably do it. thanx a bunch!~i rate. i did that once. it's fairly easy, just go to a craft store and head straight for the feathers section. get a soft colored sweater, like white or light pink, a matching skirt, and some white tights. hot-glue the feathers around the bottom seams of the skirt, your wrists, and your neck. if you don't have access to hot glue, you can even staple.
you can get some ballerina slippers at dear old wal-mart for very cheap, or just wear the slippers you already have.
as for the wings, just try a fairly small store like walgreens and look around the costume section. not hard at all. good luck.

What's the best fall style's this year? I've been shopping at American Eagle, and Maurices. I heard Gadzooks is a good place. What else?
I'm also trying to impress my crush. xD (link)
|
you're not going to impress him with a brand printed across your chest.
just go to the mall, and walk into any store that sells clothes, regardless of the brand. the odds are better that you'll find something no one else has in a not-so-popular store, and what are the odds that he'll be impressed by seeing you in something that nine girls at your school already own.
mauve is a really hot color right now, and one way i know of to look super hot without too much hassle is to buy a corset [frederick's, about $40 for an alright one, nothing fancy], pull it as tight as you can while still being comfortable, and wear a close-fitting sweater over it, soft and long sleeved, preferably a turtleneck and a neutral hue, like dark or light gray. the combination of the youthful soft fabric, the cutesy turtleneck, and the noticable curves caused by the corset below will certainly impress him.
also, it seems old-fashioned, but pick up some good nylons at your local department store with a line going down the back of each leg. very sexy. wear them with a miniskirt [the nylons help you keep warm] and some good boots, and voila, tres sexy, and you'll stand out in the crowd. couple this with the corset/sweater style, and you'll be sure to catch his [and other guys'] attention.

okay i was thinking about getting a tattoo( a little one somewhere) and i wanted to know the best place to put it other than lower back for girls. i know someday i want to have a baby, so i dont want to put it where it's going to get all stretched out. also, what should i get and do guys think its attractive for a girl to have tattoos? (link)
|
a little tattoo somewhere. don't. that's such a wh0rish trend, little butterflies and stupid hearts etched into a girl's lower back so you can see it when they're wearing their adorable little low-rise jeans, or in the front around the hipbone, so they have to pull down their pants demi-seductively to show it to people.
most guys i know think tattoos are disgusting, and those who don't are generally disagreeable guys. i mean, porn addicts and pathetic "hardasses". do yourself a favor and spend the money on an expensive manicure instead, or a massage. you'll feel better for it, and look MUCH better than you would with ink etchings. it doesn't matter what people get, one day you will be old, and it will look trashy. i guarantee it.

Hey, this is Rainbowcherrie. Well i'm meeting my boyfriend today and I want to do something nice with my hair cause he usually only sees it when its down at school. Do you have any ideas for any casual styles I could do it in? (link)
|
this is a casual, flirty, yet professional style of my own design:
take a pen, preferably one with a cap, or even a plain yellow pencil, sharpened and fairly long, and slide it beneath your hair. holding the hair above the pen(cil), pick up the pen and begin using it to twist your hair. either direction works. when it is fairly secure, stick the writing end of the pen through a tighter portion of your hair, then continue twisting until you've reached desired level of tightness. the ends tend to splay out, and you can do this as high as you please. it tends to leave your hair fairly tangled afterwards, so be warned.
tips: if it begins to come undone, simply idly tuck loose strands in, twist more, and secure as the day goes by.
also, if your hair is thick, you can only do this to the vertical top half of your hair.
a good idea is to leave a few bangs free to hang in your face.

I have medium blonde hair and I want to dye the ends purple. Now, I'm worried that this will look bizarre and I'll have to cut it. So, I'm thinking about buying the temporary dye. I have two questions. First, do you think what I want to do with my hair would look weird, or do you think I would be better off putting a few streaks in it? My hair goes about halfway down my back. Second, what is a good type of dye that will wash out in one or two showers? The water at my house is kind of weird (It has a lot of chlorine in it) so I need a dye that won't react with the water and make my hair look weird after I wash the dye out. (link)

i've known at least two blonde girls who dyed the tips, and it didn't look good for either. my recommendation would be to divide your hair into quarters vertically, using a comb, and to pin the top three portions up, leaving only the bottom fourth [closest to your skin] to be dyed. then it will show softly from beneath, or more strongly when you wear your hair up, so even if you don't like it, you can get rid of it.
i've heard underground color is a good brand, but it's semi-permanent. if the purple goes well, i would suggest adding pink streaks as well, for extra flair.
also, whatever you do, don't go blue. the blue mixed with the natural blond will fade to a sick seafoam green. trust me, i know from experience.

Hey, I'm 13 in eighth grade, and this Saturday on October 30th, there will be a Junior High Halloween Dance. I need a costume idea, but I go to a Catholic school, so we can't have "vulgar", "revealing", or "gorey" costumes, as my principal says. I want to dress girly, and I want people to be like "Whoa, that is a great costume!" I'm not sure if this would help, but I have red hair that's down to the ends of my shoulder blades and white skin. Any ideas? Thanks I'd really appreciate it.
P.S. PLEASE don't suggest I dress up as Little Orphan Annie. (link)

excellent question. you could be spiderman's girlfriend mary-jane, heh. but i doubt that's something you had in mind. you could be daphne from scooby doo, which is ratheexcellent question. you could be spiderman's girlfriend mary-jane, heh. but i doubt that's something you had in mind. you could be daphne from scooby doo, which is rather sexy, but again, i'm not sure you'd appreciate the maturity level of that suggestion. [if you do decide to go for daphne, she's got long red hair and she wears a thick green headband in it. her outfit is a purple mini dress, purple stockings and green shoes. well, i think it's hot. teehee.]
little red riding hood could be awfully adorable, maybe even with fake eyelashes to catch some extra-special attention.
cowgirl? pathetic, i know, but if you played your cards just right, it could be quite dashing.
i love lucy? didn't think so.
and then there's that famous last resort, the french maid outfit. you could make it completely non-revealing with not too much work. just get some sort of black churchy dress, pin it up a bit so it's just above the knees, cover it with some white lace around the sleeves and neck, wear some stockings, preferably with that line at the back, small heels, silver jewelry, and a feather duster to enhance the whole set. sexy, but not despicable. the boys will be talking, and all you have to do is be careful not to let it show too much. voila!r sexy, but again, i'm not sure you'd appreciate the maturity level of that suggestion. angel? probably overdone in a catholic school, but you can pick up some daring black angel wings at your local halloween store, i'm sure, for added flair. i have a pair you can borrow, teehee.
