no but it can make ur hair dry and break aznd cause dead ends if u dont use the correct product or shampoo/ caditioner

try a powder eyeliner from mac. that could help. and if u have green eyes try a really dark purple that would make them pop. and blue eyes a brown works good. brown eyes try a white or silver.
