Q: okay so this is kind of embarrasing and akward.

so idk whats wrong with my scalp. like..it flakes. not like dandruff though. like i comb my hair and i feel a bump, so i comb directly at the bump and i get white flakes like dandruff. but isn't dandruff itchy? cuz my hairs not itchy.

what should i do to get ride of it?
and what is it?

I have to same exact problem as you too! It's sort of like dry skin. And i know its super annoying and you don't want people thinking its dandruff. There's this shampoo called Tea Tree Shampoos and Conditioners. My hair lady said that'll do the trick. Also, if you want to get rid of it for just one time, go to a hair place and they have special treatments to wash your scalp of that stuff nad it only costs a little bit extra.
