advice
I have to go get a physical soon. And I always freak out cuz they have to look everywhere and I am not comfortable with that....what should I do?
I understand it can be uncomfortable but, there doctors and there trained, they do this all the time. Its okay, they've seen everything before, plus they were ur age once as well. So im sure things will be ok theres nothing to worry about. IM me @ cutietumbler424 if u need anymore help.

If it hurts when u try to put one in... Stop! that means something isnt rite and ur doing it wrong. On every box of Tampons they give directions. Follow them it mite help. and If not i kno this sounds weird but ask ur mom. im sure she would be glad to help. *Jennifer*
i dance alot (about 12 hours a week) .. does this have anything to do with my not having my period yet because of heavy exercise?? that's what my friend said and i want to know if it's true
Everyone starts at different times... u could start when ur 11, 12, 13, or 14 its normal and ok... I kno this sounds weird but talk to ur mom about it. Shes been through it and she will kno. Talk to her dont believe wut ur friends say... sometimes they cant be true at all. *Jennifer*
one night i got really drunk and i was talking to this kid justin (who wasnt drunk) then i feel asleep and i wake up and im naked and hes ontop of me on the bed and hes naked and as soon as he saw me wake up he ran into the other room...i dont no what happened really...i try to ask him and he tells me that he was just touching me he didnt like rape me or nething....but i would no if we had sex right? or if we didnt nething more...i no he put it in my mouth bc i had the taste in my mouth..but i would no rigth? please help meee

Ok well I have the same problem. I've always been scared to use a tampon. I've tried them b4 but they just dont seem to work for me. I know it can be hard, when ur friends want to go to the pool and u cant. I've been there. I know this sounds odd, but ask ur mom for some help. I did and she really helped me. And if that doesnt work maybe u just arnt ready to use them rite now and thats fine. Because I still dont use them. *Good Luck*
