Hi my name is Alyssa I am 14.
The numbers I am about to give you are scientific, so don't freak out if you are above or below the healthy weight range. People come in many shapes and sizes. You should be anywhere from 118-159 pounds. I realize that this is a very large range of weight. Since you did not provide me with your weight, I cannot tell you what your BMI is, but you can look it up. Just google BMI and you can do it yourself.
If you didn't know, BMI is Body Mass Index. It measures your Body Mass, or fat. It is a better indicator than weight.
Also, if you are pregnant or very physically fit, these numbers do not apply to you.

It could be a couple of things. You may have an acid reflex to foods that are high in acids. (the person who replied before me was right about that) it could just be built up gas. It may also be some sort of growing pain.
I can not determine which one it is because I am not experiencing the pain you are describing. (I might have in the past, but I am not 100% sure we are speaking of the same pain)
You said every once in a while... Today? How often dis it occur?
If it happens again you may want to try eating less fatty and acidy foods. Try a fruit smoothie instead of that soda. Small changes can make a huge difference.

okay so today ive been having a lot of completley clear discharge and its the first time this has ever happend and theres been enough to where i thought i wet my pants.

What you are experiencing is called vaginal discharge. It is common in most women who have their periods or about to start getting their periods. I have had the same problem. There is nothing you can really do to solve the problem, but you can get panty liners, (located near the tampons and pads) and they should help you keep yourself clean, fresh, and dry.
What is vaginal discharge? Well, it starts about two years before you get your period and ends a bit after menopause. Needless to say, it will play a big part in your life. It's actually a clear or whitish fluid that comes out of the vagina. The uterus, cervix, or vagina can produce the fluid. It may become stretchy and slippery during ovulation, about two weeks after your menstrual period.

Drinking a LOT of water helps really well...
You can also try eating applesauce, helps your stomach alot.
LOL after you drink the water and eat the applesauce, try dancing around. It is really weird, but it works.

im 15 years old, about 5'5 and weigh about 165lbs.
Ive always had a large frame, and i know I am built bigger and I always will be. But I do want to lose weight. So far Ive lost about 5lbs. in 3 weeks with weight watchers, and I want to lose 20lbs. I would really like to weigh 150lbs. by the end of July. I exercise everyday for at least an hour, I guess my problem is that I like to eat. But ive dieted before, and I know what to eat and such, it's just that it's hard being a teenage when I can't like eat anything! But I'm on a summer swim team so I will be swimming like 3-4 days a week and doing abdominal exercises and I have friends in my neighborhood to ride bikes and jog with. But any suggestions? There are times when I want to quit because I'm not making any progress..and i think about food wayyy to much, which is suprising because I'm really active and invloved with school and 4-H and alot of other things. And if you have any advice for like cravings or like any food advice of dieting please help! I really want to meet this goal so badly! thank-you! (link)

First of all, KUDOS to you for wanting to get healthy!!! That's great!
First off, the pool is great!!! You are gonna burn like 850 calories (probably more) an hour just doing that!!!
You are already active, it's just the food, right? Well I am 13, and I lost 30 pounds over the school year. It was very difficult and you CAN'T give up.
-If you want something sweet, just eat it. That way you dont go on a eating binge. Put the food in a little baggy and when you are done, you are done. Period.
-Make one day of the week your "cheat day" All the rest of the days TRY to eat healthy.
-When you are finished with a meal, but you still have more on your plate, pour something nasty on it. For example, if you still have mashed potatoes and a little bit of steak on your plate, pour ketchup on it. (Unless you really like ketchup, then put something else on it!) That way you don't eat it.
-Ask your friends to help you. Have a sleep over where you eat healthy stuff. (Instead of chips & pizza, have fruit and sushi.) If sushi isn't your game, try something else healthy. Just a substitute.

You DO need serious help for her!!! She can end up dying! But I am sure you know that already. First, you need to talk to her. This is the best thing to do for her. Reassure her that she is beautiful and doesn't need to do that. If she wants to lose weight, exercise and eat right together. Do whatever you can to get her to eat again. If she STILL isn't eating, it is time to tell her parents. She can go to therapy, or go to a hospital. Your friend will be a little mad at first, but you are a good friend to do that for her. Later on in life when she is healthy and happy, she will thank you.

Simple! Running can help!!!
Try running at different speeds- jog for three minutes, then run for 1 minute, then go back to jogging. Keep doing this like 6 times.
Do it once a day for a month.
Look up leg lifts for more info.
Also, swim A LOT this summer. It will hope tone your legs and thighs.
