tricks for "pooping" taking a sh*t i ate a lot over the past two days. aswell as a ton of fiber.
i havn't sh*tted in the past 2days to.
any tricks to poop faster???? (i don't have any lacitives)

Drinking a LOT of water helps really well...
You can also try eating applesauce, helps your stomach alot.
LOL after you drink the water and eat the applesauce, try dancing around. It is really weird, but it works.

drink a lot of water. like A LOT
eat a lot of apples and drink a lot of apple juice.
go out to the store and buy mineral oil and drink that in tea spoons.
drink some green tea
okay this is gross but it works..take some butter..and apply it over that "bottom area". believe it or not, it'll help.
try not to worry about it too much, cause stress causes constipation as well. all things must come out anyway. some people live with five day constipations. (i went through about a week once)
