Simple! Running can help!!!
Try running at different speeds- jog for three minutes, then run for 1 minute, then go back to jogging. Keep doing this like 6 times.
Do it once a day for a month.
Look up leg lifts for more info.
Also, swim A LOT this summer. It will hope tone your legs and thighs. ]
squats can help. But just because your legs ouch doesnt mean its a bad thing. ]
