legs and fitness weight

whenever i walk my legs are always touching..

how do i get rid of that fat over there?

Simple! Running can help!!!

Try running at different speeds- jog for three minutes, then run for 1 minute, then go back to jogging. Keep doing this like 6 times.

Do it once a day for a month.

Look up leg lifts for more info.

Also, swim A LOT this summer. It will hope tone your legs and thighs.
