Q: I am a swimmer and I get most of my excersize. I was wondering how I could keep in shape when it's over. I don't have the money to go to the gym.

jumping jacks are really good for u, set a goal to do like 100 a day. power walk around the neighborhood a bit (or jog) and strech really well afterwards (it keeps ur heart rate up).. also doing crunches, lunges and squats at night is good for the body and relaxing when it comes time to sleep

Q: Ok i am haven the hardest time with cutting after i do a practice swing!! (that means hitting my self on my shoulder with my bat)
What can i do so i stop hitting myself?

Q: i ben playin soccer for 5 years now....im okay...i should be better i want to be better....i just get nervous when i have the ball and i lyke kick it anywhere and i dont have very good ball control....is there ne 1 who plays soccer who kan give me a few tips or excersizes 2 do?? i have practice everyday (i amde the skool team) for 2 hrs...so we do practice ALOT but the season is starting in about 3wks and i wanna get beter...thx

the best way to get ball control and good aim is to kick the ball for 20 minutes or so everyday off your garage or the side of your house, back and forth. try trapping and and kicking it again, its better then dragging a friend or family member outside for target practice.. sounds crazy but you'll get good control and power.

Q: ok so,i play like every sport there is except rugby and football...cuz im a girl...all my friends say that im amazimg cuz when i get home from school iu do my homework get online then sports the rest of the night..but sometimes i goto basketball then to soccer then to lacrosse then to swimming. everyone says that i should quiet mayb 3 sports and only havge like 3 sports to do...should i quit? but i always have time for them...i rate REALLY high..*but it has to be good please!)

oh dear, if your loving it and can do it all without stressing out, there's no need to quit! your young and opportunities like this later in life don't come along so much. think of all those kids out there in hospitals looking out a window with their sad little faces b/c they can't run or play anymore.. their stuck in a wheelchair!..play for them and show them what ur working with.. hot stuff

Q: umm after im finished playin basketball or volleyball, im usually sweating a lot. my face also is very red after practice. is there any way that i can keep my face from being so red? o ya and im 13/f.

im sorry hunny there is no way to get rid of the red.
when the blood surfaces to your skin, thats the red complexion, to get rid of that you'd have to get rid of blood!
try cooling ur face right after with lots of cool water and slow ur heart rate down
