advice

i want to try out for cheerleeding next year. i have never really done any cheers or twirls or jumps or whatever. but i really want to make it next since all my friends are. does anyone know if there is like dvds books anything that can teach me anything at all. what are the warm-ups you do? do you have to run (i don't think so but maybe). what gear do i have to buy? like any info you can give me i will rate...
and if theres someway i can learn a cheer that would be awesome thanxx alot

hey u can search cheer videos on the internet. try going to a tumbeling class... they teach you hou to do flips and stuff. while you are trying out, smile a lot to the judges and DON'T get nervous. Soffee shorts are the perfect cheerleading shorts! MJ soffee's. Dont freak out if you dont make the team, it is only your first year.ask your friends to help you and good luck. GO FIGHT WIN!

so i want to loose some wait this summer (20-40 pounds) i am not over wait i just feel fat because i have big bones. i was wonder how long should i go to the gym everyday. i dont want to over do it. and usual i only eat twice a day is that health?

HUN! you need to eat 3 healthy meals a day! i'd say special K for breakfast and a sandwitch for lunch and a normal dinner! Your not over weight so dont sweat it in a gym. going to a gym will actually make your bones bigger not smaller! muscle is good soo go to the gym about twice a week and eat healthy, no starvation!

I can get my horse on the bit, but i cant keep him on it unless he's really calm. Like, if i was just at a slow trot and getting him into a canter he comes off the bit and have to get him back on it. If anyone knows anyway tofix this, please help! ( ihave a competition in a couple of weeks!)

I have soccer camp all month long in august and the coach said "your not going to the camp to get fit.. you have to be fit before coming to the camp" and everyone that has been to that camp said you run almost the entire time. I'm really worried that I'm not fit for the camp. I try to go out and run, but I'm never motivated. I'm not motivated to do any kind of exercise, but I really want to. I'm not what you call a fast runner. I'm better with my soccer footwork then running, and it's always going to be like that. Anyway, is there any way I can get more motivated and more fit before camp starts? thanks in advance =]

well i like soccer too. i have never been to a camp b/c i just started so im scared ill be behind the rest of the class. But when i want to train for basketball, i HATE it SO i just think if it's a sport i like and i want to stick with it im gonna try harder. And i say to myself that people i like find it impressive that i have enough motivation to run. try training with a friend i train with a tred-mil and watch tv while im runing. you can try listening to music while you run too. Hope i helped!!
