I have soccer camp all month long in august and the coach said "your not going to the camp to get fit.. you have to be fit before coming to the camp" and everyone that has been to that camp said you run almost the entire time. I'm really worried that I'm not fit for the camp. I try to go out and run, but I'm never motivated. I'm not motivated to do any kind of exercise, but I really want to. I'm not what you call a fast runner. I'm better with my soccer footwork then running, and it's always going to be like that. Anyway, is there any way I can get more motivated and more fit before camp starts? thanks in advance =]
Hey if you want to get more motivated then make up something to get you motivated. Like if theres someone that really bugs and is a fast runner pretend your racing that person and your going to win or do it for soccer if you love the sport enough.
