I just turned 13, and I've been beging my mother to get my hair dyed black since I was 11. Since it's summer I also want blue highlights (temorary!)She still hasen't given in. How should I convince her? _(link)

I would tell her that I will pay for it. If i don't like it it's my mistake and my hair.
