this is gross but my vagina smells sooo bad. like it just happened, it usually never smells but it has been and idk why, im not sexually active or anything...does anyone know why and what i can do to stop the odor? thankssss (link)

It's probably just a yeast infection. I would go to your doctor and he/she will give you a prescription for an antibiotic that will clear it right up.

is lindsay lohan a lesbian with samantha?
is samantha a lesbian? why does she dress like a guy / sorta look like a guy? or is she just a cross-dresser? (link)
|
yes lindsay lohan and samantha ronson are dating. They have been for a while now. Samantha is an open lesbian, Lindsay is not. I don't know why she dresses like a guy, i guess she's just more comfortable that way.

Why did the age change for jobs? Most jobs you have to be 18 now. Even in grocery stores, fast food restaurants, etc. There's only ONE fast food place that hires at 16 and of course it's already full. What happened? Most 16 year olds have jobs already but every time I try to apply elsewhere.. they say I don't qualify because of my age (17) I just wanted to be bagger for a grocery store! I'm moving out next year and I don't know what to do! I know I'm getting kicked out so am I just supposed to live on the streets until I'm 18? (link)
|
well around here they can hire you, but you have to have a work permit until your 18. I would suggest getting one if you don't already and keep applying...places that really need the help will take it. Being 18 doesn't have it's advantages either...I'm 18 and I can't get hired either...no place is really hiring. Some places want specific experience...I know that Wal-Mart hires at 16 so if you have a nearby Wal-Mart, Meijer, Target, or K-mart I would check them out...most of them will hire young because they have constant need for help.

Is there going to be a 3rd season of Kyle XY? I know at the end of season 2 it said that new episodes would begin in 2008, but I've heard that there were issues, and there might not be a 3rd season? And if there is going to be one, is there anyway of knowing when it starts?? (link)
|
Well the last I heard was that there were some contract issues and that there probably will not be a third season. I love the show and I really hope that this changes and they get everything worked out. The only thing fans like us can do is watch ABC Family and hope that they start advertising for new episodes.

when you go to get your eyebrows waxed, are there like pictures of different eyebrow styles to choose from or do you have to just like describe to the person how you want your eyebrows done?
also, do the people who wax your eyebrows have good enough taste to know exactly what eyebrow shape would make you look best? because i can not decide which i style i should get done.
also, when you get your eyebrows done, does it cause a rash or a burn or bumps or anything??
and does it hurt really bad?? sorry this is kind of long. thanks! (link)
|
you need to know what you want done when you go in. You can ask for suggestions or what they like best, eyebrows aren't really made by face shape, just as long as they begin aligned with the inner corner of your eye and go out to slightly past the outer corner then your fine, how thin or thick you want them is totally up to you. They will do what they think will look best but if you don't give them guidelines and you hate it then you can't really say anything. It doesn't hurt real bad, unless you have a really low tolerance for pain. You might tear up a little bit, that's totally normal your eyes will water, but they see it all the time so it's nothing. Just have some idea of what you want and then if you want give them a little free reign. You will have redness and possibly bumps at the site for a couple of hours at least, but it will easily go away.

What do you think about the children who come to this site, at the ages of 12-14 asking sexual questions? Questions that aren't educational, yet nasty, disrespectful, and questions which tell their age? Are you comfortable as adults answering them or would you rather them not be able to ask those type of questions on this site?
The morals of our youth today really concern me. For the most part, it's not 100% about the question, it's about the words they chose to use while asking it. This is why there are so many STD's, AIDS, teen pregnancies today. It saddens me that some of the questions deal with anal sex, oral sex, size of penises, except they use the D word and P word. I had no idea of what some of these things even meant to begin asking when I was 13? What are some of your opinions and feelings on this subject? seriously & are you as older teens, and adults OK with answering those type of questions from these children that think they are grown and have no idea of what it's like to be grown in the real world? (link)
|
It's not that I'm comfortable answering them, but I feel like if I can educate them more on the subject they might make a different decision. I know that I can't say that "You're too young to have sex" saying it wont change their mind, I was their age once (not too long ago actually) and I know what they're thinking. I do however try to tell them what the risks are and that it needs to be a well thought out decision and all of the precautions that they need to take and everything that can happen even if they do take them. I remind them that the only way to completely avoid STDs and pregnancy is to stay abstinent, and that condoms break and birth control has to be taken at the same time every day for effectiveness. I always mention that I feel that they are too young to be having sex and making that decision, but it's still their choice, no matter how foolish it may be. The way I view the question is that if I have helped one boy or girl realize that they don't want to do this then I've done my job, or if I tell them enough that I've stopped one pregnancy or one possible abortion then I've done what I'm supposed to do.
As for the words that they use, yes they are inappropriate, I usually answer those questions by using the correct terms, although I can't change what they hear, they won't change what they say anyway. I cannot butcher them for their decisions, I don't know them, I'm not their mother, and while their morals aren't mine, they will make their own decision regardless so I just make sure that they have enough accurate information as possible.

im 16 and i have a little bit of a lisp. every once in a while i get made fun of it either behind my back and sometimes to my face. even my friends have asked me to repeat certain words because i "say them funny". i dont find it funny at all because its something i cant control. i hate reading in class and this problem is making it so i loose confidence in myself when im talking to someone and i get really nervous when i have to speak out loud in class. i dont really know how long ive had a lisp. my orthodontist said i had a problem where i pushed my tongue against my bottom teeth, and she put metal prongs on the back of my teeth so i wouldnt put my tongue there. this could have caused this. but i need to fix it. i dont even want to hear about speech therapy, because i refuse to do it. i dont want to ask my parents because im embaressed of it, and i dont want anyone to find out if i was going. also i dont know if id be able to afford it right now. any advice at all would be nice i guess (link)

most speech impediments do not last forever, but they can in some people. There is nothing wrong with having a lisp...one of my best friends has one...I can only imagine how difficult it must be though having people make fun of you...there are a few alternative therapy options, but you would not only have to have parental consent because you are under 18, but you would also be required to try speech therapy first before they would try any other alternative therapy. My friend Chris is going through speech therapy now and they told him that there are a few alternative therapy options if it doesn't work out for him. If you went, you wouldn't have to let anyone know that you are going in the first place...you shouldn't be embarrassed to ask your parents about it either...they're your parents...they will totally understand...as hard as it is to believe...they were teenagers once too lol. Your parents can also have a physician write a letter to the insurance and the insurance can cover it. But it really is the best option...and it may not even take too long, but its like i said...no one needs to know (try going on a saturday morning or something) I looked online for alternatives just in case there were any...they all say that you have to go to speech therapy first...don't put it down too quickly...it might be just what you need

what is that movie like charlie something

I'm going to prom for the very first time soon and I was wondering if you had any prom advice? Like any advice in general? I always hear girls talk about humiliating things that happen because they weren't well-prepared. I always hear, "Ohh i wish I did this" or "Oh i wish I had when I needed it..."
so to anyone who has had a prom experience, what advice can you give me? (link)
|
Just go and have fun. Don't spend too much money on shoes because you'll just end up taking them off anyway...and make sure you bring a camera with extra batteries because you'll probably take tons of pictures. Dance like no one is watching...because everyone else is too so no one cares what you look like. Don't worry about you're hair too much. It'll all come down by the end of the night...it probably won't stay in place the way you want it to. Just go and be yourself and have a good time. No regrets. Those girls who have regrets are stupid. Prom is all about having fun with your friends and date (if you have one) and just being you. That's it...no strings attached.

once your ears are gauged can you ... ungauge them???
Like make them go down to their normal gauge. (link)
|
it depends upon the gauges...the general rule of thumb is that if your ears are gauged over an inch then they wont really grow back all the way...but if they are smaller just keep your gauges out and let them grow back together over time. It could take a while...but they will go back.

Why the heck is everyone labeling me? I am so tierd of it! They call me tomboy and goth!(dont worry I'm not anti goth). They think I'm goth because I love hevy metal, scary movies and books, and I do where black alot but its usally just one peice of clothing. And they call me a tomboy because I have really short (10 year old boy short) hair (its natrully black), I love basketball, ice hockey, soccer, tennis, golf, hanging with the boys, playing video games, stuff like that. I dont care about my aperance I just put on whatevers clean! How do I get them to stop calling me "gothboy"? (link)

stereotypes are part of life...you shouldn't change who you are just to get their approval. Just be who you are and like who you are. Stereotypes will follow you wherever you go. You just have to learn to deal. As long as you love yourself that's all that matters. People call me a prep just because of the way that I dress, but when they get to know me they learn that I'm not at all. I'm just me and I like that. Once they get to know you they'll know who you really are and like you for it.

you know how there are age limits for different movies? well, if a kid is in a movie, and they are either under the rated R limit or under the PG-13 limit, do they still get to go into the theatre to see it at the premiere? (link)
|
they can only go in with a parent or guardian or if they have someone who is old enough to get in buy the ticket for them(unless the theatre wants to see _ number of id's for _number of tickets like mine does). If the theater has one of those machines that you buy the tickets with a debit card then that works because the machine doesn't check ID either...it really just depends upon the movie theater and what they'll allow you to get away with...it takes a bit of practice to figure it out.

is all the hype concerning 2012 true? with planet x becoming close to the sun and then causing solar flares to hit us and etc? with global warming? cause i just watched some videos on youtube about it and im kind of scared.. because i'll only be 19 in 2012.. barely lived a life :/ i wont even get to have children unless i survive but i cant imagine how life would be like.. i dont want my friends and family to die either :( (link)
|
my personal belief is that no one truly knows when the world is going to end. It could end tomorrow for all we know...but I just go on living life. I would try not to concern yourself with it. If it is true just make the most of the 4 years left.

will body butter help me get rid of cellulite on my stomach if i rub it on my stomach every night? till how long will i see results? (link)
|
ok first of all...theres no such thing as cellulite...cellulite was invented by cosmetic companies to make people think that they have it...it's really just fatty deposits under the skin...body butter wont do anything but moisturize your skin...you won't see any results...those butters that "remove" cellulite...hoaxes...the best way to get rid of it is to do some core toning exercise like crunches and such they will help tone your stomach and get rid of "cellulite"

For what its worth, which camera is better: Canon PowerShot SD600 ($528) or Canon PowerShot SD1000 ($160)? Which takes sharper, clearer, more detailed and more vibrant-colored photos with lifelike depth? (link)
|
they're both really good cameras. I had a 1000 but I got a 600 for Christmas...I really like both of them...I don't think you can go wrong either way. The 600 takes better moving shots though.

I always like to act and dress up like a little kid sometimes (I'm 16!) and sometimes I have this urge to scream or shout I HAVE DOWN SYNDROME =] when I'm outside.
But i was just wondering if it will be offensive? Because I think down syndrom is a mental disability( or correct me if I'm wrong) so it will be offensive to many people? (link)
|
Down Syndrome is a sensitive subject for a lot of people. I'd really be careful with what you say and do because you don't know who knows who. Somebody might know someone with Down Syndrome and you don't know it and you could have triggered something. I would be very cautious about doing it...I wouldn't to be completely honest just because you don't know who may be listening and get insulted. People seem to hide their personal lives really well.
