I have a friend who's been annoying me lately. I really hate to say it but I think she's fake, and a poser. (though I really hate that I think that) She's my best friend though. I just can't take it!! She copies me A LOT. She copies what I do, my style, my likes, what I say... It's really annoying and makes me want to say "think of your own freakin ideas!!!!" and give her a piece of my mind! She KNOWS I hate copycatters but I think she thinks that I don't mind, or that she's "not copying" me. I'm just myself, and when she tries to do something I do, it comes off as fake. To me at least. I really like being unique, different, and my own person, but it's hard to do that if she's JUST LIKE ME. She's changed though... Like on aim, I put my status message as "ca-call me, so I can make it juicy for ya!" A quote from one of Lil Wayne's songs. Then later, my friend put "Ayyy-bayy bayy! :]" or something like that. .__. I would do something like that (cause I'd wanna get back at her), but she might think I'M copying HER. Then she'd try to be better than me. I actually do have an away message like that, but didn't get the idea from anyone else. She's not even like "that" at all. I really don't mean to be rude. :[ but how can I get over this? I don't wanna be annoyed everytime she does something... It drives me crazy! Whenever I think of something kewl, it discourages me to share it with people because in the back of my head I'm thinking "uh oh what if so and so copies me and gets all the credit for it?" Sorry. I have a problem with copycatters. I just feel like she's stealing MY identity. It feels like a "competition" and I hate it. She makes it like that though. How can I not get annoyed and stop thinking about all the negative things? I want to think positive things and be happy. (I'm annoying myself cause I feel like I'm caring about something so stupid.) She's copying you, because she finds what you do interesting. You should be flattered, but instead you want something that's only yours.
This is actually how trends start: someone doing something spontaneous, and everyone copying them. Like, ten years ago, wearing all black and covering half of your face with your equally black hair would be considered weird and unacceptable by society. But, some people thought it was awesome, and, eventually, "emo" became a trend.
Instead of seeing it as an annoying competition, try thinking of yourself as a trend-setter. When a person does something like you, don't get mad and annoyed, I find it easier to give myself moral support and tell myself that I'm somewhat above them. But, then again, nobody likes a stuck-up person. Ignoring also helps.
Another method is to put yourself in their perspective or "shoes". For example, the AIM status message thing: you could try imagining yourself in your friend's position. **She saw your status message and thought that it was cool, but she didn't want to full-out copy you, so she mixed up the words and such. She at least tried.
**This is an assumption, I don't know what she was actually thinking!!!!!
You can also talk (without getting angry!!!!!) to your friend, but that will probably lead to an argument and make things worse.
In reality, this is a silly thing to be annoyed by, but I know how it feels. More importantly, this is a silly thing to ruin a friendship over. Don't push this little thing, O.K.? Aren't friendships more important than your pride?

I need some recommendations for a digital camera. It has to be more or less compact (when you turn it off, the lens goes back inside of the camera). It has to take extremely good pictures, and have a video recorder. I could care less what it looks like, so don't try finding me the first cute camera that pops up on google. I want quality and something small. My budget is $500, but if I'm going to spend 500 bucks on something, it better be good.

I have had my camera for a month, a rock concert, and a trip to New York, and it has never failed to give me superb pictures and video.

^ that is a link from the Kodak store, and it costs $200, but I got my camera at a Target store for $160.
It takes pictures quickly, and has a giant, glossy screen. It's about a half-inch thick, ~2.4 inches long, and ~1.5 inches tall. I use a bulky, cheap, camera pouch-thing to keep it safely cushioned whenever I'm not using it, but it fits easily in my jean pockets (now that I think about it).
I have found the Kodak software for both the camera and the computer to be easily-used and user-friendly.

I recommend that you read Photography magazines. I actually read a Reader's Digest once that was completely over photography!
They have really helpful info, like what camera is the best for what kind of shot and whatnot!

I'm just assuming, but most teenage girls like romance. Preferably the kind of gushy, problematic, forbidden love that only happens in books.
Personally, I love fantasy romance. Such as Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.
In Twilight, the main character is clumsy and easy to relate to; she's not a superhero. In fact, Bella is even more normal than I am! But then! Edward, a mysterious, seductively handsome vampire, HATES her. But, of course, they fall madly in love. But not with ease...
I think readers enjoy the journey of waiting for the main characters to fall in love and when the characters are oblivious to their love, rather than when they have confessed and such.
So, if you really want the normal teenage girl to enjoy a book, I would write a romance.

Just ignore them. As long as you know the truth, it doesn't matter.
Oh! You can always confront the guy and talk it over with him. (It's always better to go to the source instead of the mob, and also there's less of a chance that you will have to physically fight them if you talk to the guy).
If you believe in karma it will, I guess. But don't rely on karma too much, you might jinx it. Try to solve the matter instead of waiting for them to "get a taste of their own medicine" -- which would be stooping down to their level.

I just want some opinions on what everyones favorite cell phone provider is. Such as, cingular, verizon, tmobile, etc. Can everyone please just tell me which they prefer, and why. I have cingular, most of my friends have cingular.
I have one friend who has verizon, it sucks big time, whenever I call him, my call always gets dropped.
My mom has used cingular for the past 5 years, and never once has she gotten a dropped call!
Cingular is even better now, since at&t and them joined.
I have free weekends and after 7 weekdays. I love cingular, though it might not be the best if you text a lot. I never text, so it all depends on how you use your phone and where you live!

So, I had a chocolate, and well, they're horrible. Mine broke while still under warranty, so I got a new one free. Now I can get a completely different phone, but I figured I would just sell the free chocolate I was sent and never used. My question is, if I sell the phone I never used, would the person I sell it to have it with my number programmed in when they registered the applications? When I looked at the receipt, I noticed that the chocolate I had never used was registered to my number. If it is, in fact, programmed with my current number in it, how can I change that? Thank you very much!

No, your number won't be programmed into the phone, there should be a SIM card that you place next to the battery that basically says that it's you calling from that phone. Without the SIM card, the phone is just a phone. They did that because like for landlines, you have to have the wires connected from the phone box into the phone, or else the phone is just a phone, the wires give you service because you're paying for the service. For cell phones, they had to have something like that, or else the whole getting a new phone thing would be messy, once you didn't want your first phone, and you got a new one, the first one would still work, and so would the new one.
That might not make sense but, oh well, I wrote it.

Theres this one song in the movie 'Click' with Adam Sandler that I am trying to find the name of. It plays when he is flashing back to his father. It seems like a sad emotional song. One of the lines is something like 'you've got me wrapped around your fingertips', and I tried googling that but the song did not come up. I also went on movie websites to see the songs on Click's sound track, and the song wasn't even there. Please help me find the name of this.
