Alright. This has been driving me insane since I heard this riddle. The scientific thing is that 80% of kindergarteners could figure it out when only 17% of Students in Universities could. I'm in 8th grade and we need 4 points in each class.An A=4 points...B=3..and so on.at the beggining of the year in algebra, I got a B then a C..that's 5 points but then I had a D and for progress reports I got an F.Is it 4 points per year or semester?Do I have enough points to go to 9th grade? I dont have normal nightmares like most people. My worst nightmares are falling down the stairs. Lame huh? So i'd just be stepping down these wooden stairs, and i'd hesitate on the last step, and fall. I always wake up with a fast heart beat. What does this mean??? (link)

im asking this question for my friend...
one year ago, when my friend and her family were away, some little girl was walking through the alleyway. my friend's neighbor's dog is really big and scary, so the little girl ran, and jumped my friend's fence to hide from the dog, and as a result, broke her arm and needed surgery.
one year later, my friend's parents get a letter in the mail saying that they will be getting sued because it happened on their property. IT'S NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT. can they fight against this? (link)
