Im considering going to sleep away camp for my first time. Im 14 & Female. Its a boy/girl camp and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me everything I need to know about going to an overnight camp. Its in 10 days so Im nervous. Do camps let you use cell phones? And also, I straighten my hair every day..what about that? Also, any advice on how to meet friends? What is important to bring or ABSOLUTELY essential to bring? I have...bad situations at sleep away camps. But I went 2 a boyscout camp, an old friend of mine used to go to sleep away camps all the time, she loved them. I don't think the camp will let you straighten your hair but if you wake up early enough, you can sneak it. Or, you can always do it when you have extra time. And the cell phone, I don't think that's suppossed to be used and bringing it may be a bad idea. They will let you write letters home though. And don't worry bout mking friends, you'll make plenty. Have fun!!!!

i was wondering if anyone knew any tricks to make henna tattoos stay on your skin longer or not fade. i am going on vacation to the beach and i want to get one but i dont want it to fade beore i come home. ive had one before and they always fade soon. does anyone have any tricks? thanks (link)

My pathetic little brother always liked getting those tattoos. Baby powder is probably the best thing. Another thing you could do is get that kind that's on the paper and you put it on with water if that isn't a henna tattoo and by a couple of the same 1 so when 1 faids u got another.

I just got a brand new 2007 Honda Civic for my 16th birthday. My friends and I all name our cars. I know it's strange but that's what we do haha. Well, I can't think of a name. My car is a deep blue//royal purple in the sun and it's a "male" car. A list of guy names that would fit my model//color car would be great! Thanks y'all! (link)

You can always dare someone to kiss someone else or smell another persons shoes. That really makes the othe person angry. Or you can ask who they have a crush on or if they would make out with a certain person you know, personal stuff like that.

i go to this summer day camp every week day and its HELL. oh my god. all we do is sit there in the burning hot sun for 3 hours watching the boys do whatever they want and all the girls are sweating to death. therees like 6 girls and like 15 boys. oh yeah, and the only thing i look forward to is mtv day. every year we do a fun song and a new song and we make a fun dance to it. but guess what? since the boys want to do the hockey pockey, we are performing the hockey pockey for the whole camp. And the camp is unorganzied too. The schedule for my day is sports, sports, (insert boys pick her), (insert boys pick here), practice hockey pockey, go home sweating to death. I WANT TO QUIT SO BADLY, BUT MY PARENTS SAY THE PAID MONEY FOR IT AND I CANT QUIT. There is no way I can change the counselors mind, and the camp is boring anyway. GOD PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET MY PARENTS TO LET ME QUIT CAMP. (link)

I know a way that you can get your money back and get out. All you need to do is be REALLY bad and get kicked out. Your parents may be angry but if you hate the camp enough, you'll do it.
