Q: I'm sure that everyone is probably asking questions about what to get their valentine, and I know it's annoying. but PLEASE help me.

I'm a 13 yr old girl, and I like this 15 yr old from my theatre group. We've been flirting alot, and I found out through a friend that he likes me. I like him ALOT.

I thought it would be cute to get him something for Valentine's Day, since we have rehersals that day. but I have no clue what to get him. I wanna go with something sweet and valentiney, but I dont want it to be too girly. I don't know that much about his intrests yet, so that doesn't help.

If you have any ideas PLEASE let me know.

I'm open for all kinds of suggestions.

I am a guy, and honestly, guys don't relaly expect too much from girls, maybe a card slipped in a locker or something would be a nice surprise, even a kiss and a few words are magic.

Q: ok there is this boy .. and i have liked him for more than a year now ... @ the begginning of the school year he SOOO acted like he was into me .. but then he started goin out with this girl nd they broke up .. now he doesnt even talk to me ne more unless i am w/ his friends or sumtin .. [ we have sum of the same friends ] .. but he barely talks to me then ... he is the "popular/jock" boy and im a "redneck" ... so i guess im not on his level .. but i dont kno if i should start talkin to him again or what? Well if this guy is descent at all he will talk to you, just cause ur "redneck" as u say, that shouldnt mean hell just stop talking to you, get his attention, if he doesn't accept you for who you are, then find someone thats better, because you dont want someone like that.

Q: i have a great friend...(but i know never to start to like a freind)but its hard not too.I love him(not like that) .HE so nice and sweet and things have happened.....were not like friends that do things after school we do little things in school .i know i like him not that i know he likes me but im hapy around him and just today he asked me to sit with him and theres a lot of spaces on the bus i was really happy about it and he acted shy..?i dont know why i acted shy too and i knew i was. do i like him ????????????????i think i do

to me it sounds like your into this guy and hes the same way, guys don't normally act like that around people they like just as friends, im a guy and im not that way, girls are normally afraid that if they break up theyll lose their best friend but thats not true, i had a girlfriend i was really good friends with before, we broke up, and were better friends than ever before, just play it kool and see what happens

Q: alrighty.. for a while now. i have been flirting with this guy. but he has a girlfriend. she doesnt go to our school but she has friends that do. well for like 6 months we have been flirting and writing notes to each other. last week he tells me that we cant flirt or write notes anymore becuase it got back to his girlfriend. well the next day he was back flirting with me. i was really confused. and i was sitting down and he came to talk to me and i said what do you want and he goes you. he was dead serious. but again he has a girlfriend. we have a dance comming up and he said that if he could go he would go with me but he cant because the principle wont let him. i dont know anymore. he is always walking with me and flirting with me and giving me hugs. but i dont know anymore. and today i was talking to my friend about him and she said that they broke up. and then she asked me if they got back together. so i dont know if they broke up or not. but that isnt my problem. well if you have anything that would help me. i would appreciate it. because this is really bugging me and it is really confusing! thankss

it definently sounds like this guy is into you, but then again he maybe just want some, all guys are different, if i had a g/f that i didnt like and i liked someone else i would see no point inflirting with him, i can understand why you'd want to, but you should give him the choice between you and her, not to just say it, but to not be as flirty and too give him a chance to get some space and think about it, if he has a girlfriend then he must care about her, that doesnt mean he doesnt care about you too, just ask him if they broke up and see whathappens from there, just try to make the time you are around him really awesome without the flirting.

Q: OK so I have ben flirting with this guy forever. And it was like we were going out. I loved it more then anything> i just want to have fun this year and that what happened. Untill yesterday when I told him I don't want a b/f right now. I really like him though. Well, we got in this big fight yesterday and now he doesn't like me as much. On friday my friend is getting alot of people to go to the movies to see when a stranger calls and I want to invite him. I know I could get him to like me more. If we go, should I kiss him? Or just lay on his sholder? This will be my first date and I don't know what to do. I don'tknow if I should make out with him or what. Just please help me!

I'm a guy and if i was in this situation i would be gettin the biggest mixed signals ever, i don't mean this to you personally but if a girl just broke up with me and then made out with me or even rested her head on my shoulder it would be kinda weird cause i would have thought you didnt like me, it might confuse him so i would just hang out a few times and tell him you made a mistake and that you do want to be with him.

Q: Okay, so me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost 3 months now and I really like him...but the other day we had a really big argument and he broke up with me and we spent 2 hours on the phone and by the end of that we were back together. The day after that he tells me he'll be home early to talk to me and he his but he says he has to run to the store and get something so I wait for him to call back. When he finally calls back he's with his friend (who i hate and is the biggest jerk I've met) and I kinda get upset because I haven't had a good day and I just want to talk to him and his friend starts insulting me and my boyfriend starts laughing at me and then he gives the phone to his friend. They start drinking and they're insulting me to the point I'm crying. I really love my boyfriend and when he's not around his friend he's the nicest guy I know but I dont know what I should do about it.

This guy sounds like a guy you don't want to be around, if he really cared for you, he would have told his friend to back off long ago, and would have been concerned when you were upset, if he is going to go out and drink then u should just let him go because you can find lots of better people, there are so many nice guys out there and its important to get to know someone before you judge, just give n e guy (who you know is at least a halfway descent person) a chance and itll all work out for the best. Don't be afraid to talk to me further about this.

Q: I have a best friend and he has been my best friend for eleven years. He has been in love with me probably for the past couple years. He is the most loving, respectful, decent guy I have ever known. Whenever I am depressed or whenever I am having a problem, he is always there for me. He used to live in Maryland and I live Pennsylvania and whenever I needed something, he'd drive all the way up here to see me even if I didn't ask him to. He's just always been there for me through everything. He makes me absolutely happy and I'm sure that my happiness is more important than his. People always ask me why aren't we together, and honestly, I don't think we'd work out. Even though he is perfect for me, I dont think that I'd ever be good enough for him. I think I'd only bring problems in his life. Secondly, and this may sound weird, but I can't see myself having a relationship at this age with a guy I cant see myself being intimate with. Dont get me wrong, he is pretty cute too.. Lastly, I don't know if for some reason things doesnt work out and we'd break up and ruin our friendship.. Sometimes I hate myself for what I put him through, knowing how much he loves and wants me and me not being able to give him what he wants. Am I wrong? Like, I love this guy.. More than anything in the world. I'd like to be with him.. but I dont know.. I don't know what I should do.

As long as you feel comfortable with this guy, and he is a perfect match for you then you should at least give it a try, you'll never know about something for real unless you try it, as for the friendship thing, i dont know why everyone always worries about stuff like that, i mean why do they only think about the break up and not about how much fun they could have together? At least give this guy a shot and see what happens.

Q: so my boyfriend of last year and i had a really great relationship we were in love, but then my boyfriend began to like someone else so we broke up. then me and him stopped tlaking for awhile. about 4 months later i saw him at a football game and we began to talk and decided to hang out. it was like we were going out again everything was normal and we were both having a great time. unfortuanately we were both in other relationships. after that we didnt talk to each other any more. but then one day i went to my friends house and he was there also. me and him hooked up then. i can't keep my mind off of him since then and i dont no what to do about it all. i dont know what it is but we keep running into each other randomly. i dont no what to do any ideas?

It sounds to me that you still care about him, but i really dont know if he still feels the same way, because he started likeing another girl, it just might not work out, i liked a girl for a really long time and just kept thinking "it will happen..one day she'll realize that i'm great and she'll want to be with me" i'm still waiting and have been waiting for too long, the point is, just try and stay friends with him for as long as possible, don't afraid to invite him places with you just because you were once boyfriend and girlfriend, see how everything works out and maybe he'll come around again.
