I love the movie Garden State (hence the background), I am a swimmer for GCAT, and I chose Kerry, so don't blame me when Bush screws up the world.

So Im really starting to develop a thing for a friend of mine, but it gets even worse than that. Im 18m shes 15f its not a huge difference but still. She also has a boyfriend putting me in an even tougher situation. Im also pretty sure she doesnt even think of me in anykind of romantic sense, even if she didnt have a bf. I really dont know what kind of advice to even ask for mostly im jsut venting and seeing what kind of comments/advice im gonna get. (link)
Well, you're toying with the law, here. I wouldn't do anything until she turns 18. The law gives you a reason not to screw over her relationship with her boyfriend, and you won't make a fool of yourself attempting to tell her that you like her. But if you really like her alot, then I say screw the law.

im prude and so not happy with it. im 13 and most of my friends r not prude and im like so jealous that guys r all over them when i truy think im prettier or just as hott.i really dont wanna have sex or ne thing i just wanna make out with a guy.thanks (link)
Listen to me, you are 13. There is no need to make out with a guy or have a boyfriend just because you're jealous. If you're 13 and you haven't made out with someone, you're not prude. You're just damn smart.

Okay so i've liked this guy for about 4 years...he is my best friend and i know he doesn't like me because he told me. Thats fine, but the problem is, i can't seem to get over him...no matter what i do, i can't stop thinkin bout him or comparing other guys to him...does anyone have any advice? (link)
Start spending time with other people! I'm not telling you to ditch him, just hang out with some of your girl friends and other guys. Let loose and have some fun without him. Soon enough, I think your feelings will gradually die away.

OK my boyfriend just dumped me yesterday and eh used the line, "I love you, but i don't want a girlfriend right now." Has anyone gotten that one before? If any boys see this what does it actually mean? is it just a nice way to dump me becuase how can you *love* someone but not wanan go out with them? (link)
I haven't had that happen to me, but it sounds like he doesn't love you at all. You have to take into consideration:

1.) How long have you been going out? If it has been less than 6-8 months, then I doubt it's really 'love'.

2.) How old are both of you? If you are 11-14 years old, I don't think it's serious.

Overall, I think it's just a 'nice' way to dump someone. Wallow for a few days then move on. It's his problem he dumped you.

Ok. The guy i like likes me too. But the thing is he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend or anything! we were talkin and i asked him why he hadn't and then he's all like "what you wanna go see a movie?" GOD! WHAT'S HIS PROBLEM!?!?! HELP PLEASE! (link)
You have three choices here:

1.) You could ask him out since you already know that he likes you back.

2.) You can just forget about him. If you're dropping not-so-subtle hints, and he still doesn't get it, then it's time to move on.

3.) You can keep on dropping big hints until he finally comes around and asks you out. It may take a while before he asks you to be his girlfriend; it depends on how clueless he is.
