So there's a guy... He's 16 and he doesn't have a girlfriend. I think he's really cute. We see eachother at parties and there was a party yesterday, and of course there was music, so we danced together to bachata. It was nice, but I guess I should've talked to him more while we were so close together. It could've been the perfect time to talk to him.(NOTE: he doesn't make fun of me or anything like that.) One thing I don't get is that he flirts with me once in a while even though he doesn't have feelings for me.
Anyways, I know he doesn't like me, but I really want to tell him that I like him, just so he knows and so I don't have to be so sneaky all the time. Should I tell him? How do I tell him?

My question is pretty self explanatory. Long story short I was in an amazing relationship that began in July and ended well in September. I ended it with him because I couldn't all the drama that came from it (not from him but the catty girls and his dad thinking I didn't like him for him because I was so pretty, his brother thinking I'm a ****, etc.) and I still liked him and it killed me to do it and I still miss him a lot. My friends are all like you're too good for him blah blah the usual. I've hooked up with eh about 15 guys so far at parties, mixers, etc and no not like blow-jobs, or having intercourse or any of that. Just you know making out and stuff. I'm by far one of the classiest girls at my school and I still have looks to die for. Anyways yeah and I'm still NOT over him. You'd think after 15 hookups one including an American Apparel model that I'd be totally over it but nope. Can you guys help me out?

Its good that he wants too be your friend because in a relationship; You first need a friendship. Not all guys like a girl who plays hard too get, But if he were too ask you out be like "Cant; Already have plans sorry" itll leave him thinkking "I wonder what she's doing or with who". Theres a guy at my school who likes me hes not the best looking but hes ok hes a little cute hes muscular but not to much and hes a really nice guy. The types i like are goths emos and skaters but hes neither a while ago his friends who are my friends too told me he likes me hes my friend now and now my admirer is used to talking to me i can tell he still likes me and yea he even tries to show off how strong he is and tries to be funny.....So should i give him a chance?
