Q: okay ive been dieting for the past like 3 dayz...ive been eating about 3 healthy meals a day and stop eating around 6. but today i dunno if i ruined it. I have an orange, an apple and a banana for breakfast, then for lunch i had a portion of turkey and a turkey sandwich with wheat bread, and then for dinner i had a bowl of chicken soup..But inbetween the meals i had another orange, a boiled egg, another apple, and another banana, and a bite of a pickle... it sounds like alot but it was through out the whole day..is this gunna affect my diet because i kinda over did eating the fruits?? thanks!
youre fine with the fruits.....eat more vegetables and drink skim milk if you have it...you still need the calcium and protein but try to have a varity of fruits and not just bananas apples and oranges...try grapes and peaches and pears or whatever is in season.....hope that helped

Q: Ok hello people i not really fat or anything but i m starting to like get more fat around mi legs and stomach anyone got any ideas on good exercise to get ride of it or any tips?

Q: how do i make my biceps bigger? i lift waits all that time but they never seem to get any bigger. any tips on working out?
it doesnt just happen over night....it takes time and drink some protein drinks too
