Any ideas what excercises I could do to lose weight around my stomach area and thigh area? (link)

i do 1 excersice to help those two areas. do crunches but when you lift your shoulders up, also lift your legs up. you will feel the burn faster, but this is much more affective than running and all that jazz.

hi what are some like really good excercises that i can do at home. i am trying to lose the stomach and some fat around my thighs. i dont need alot to do because im not entirely that fat. like i know you can do sit ups. but what else can i do. i walk around alot with my friends but its to hot outside to go running. what are some really good excercises that can help me loose some of the fat around my thighs and stomach? tahnk you in advance

what i do is do crunches, but when i go up, i lift my legs up as well. that helps with the fat in the thighs and tummy.

do a lot of crunches and when you lift your back/neck off of the ground or whatever, also lift your legs up! that will help a lot with your thighs and stomach.. you will feel the burn a lot quicker and it might be difficult, but you will get use to it and you will see quick changes.

i've always wondered this: can you lose weight (in a healthy way) by sweating? for example, being outside in 100 degree weather all day (and staying hydrated and all that good stuff). (link)

it will help you lose the weight, but this is unhealthy. and you will just get the weight back anyways.

ok. i'm 15 years old, 5'4" and 97 pounds. i know this probably sounds like a lot but i really feel unconfortable and i would like to get my weight down to about 89 pounds (thats what i was last summer).. however if my mom notices me not eating then she'll flip so i have to be kind of discreet about it. i also don't want to have to starve myself or anything... i run about 25 miles per week and i don't think i can do much more exrecise though i`ll try if that will make a difference. i'd like to reach my goal my mid-july. thanks :) (link)

try doing like 50 crunches a day. also, EAT;; just eat healthy! you're not going to get anywhere by not eating! PLEASE EAT! try 100 calorie packs and low cal. foods like that. it will help. = ]

In October, i dislocated my knee cap and partially tore my patella(ligament in my knee) I did physical therapy and it hurt, but i thought it was getting better. I re-injured it almost a month ago, like i dislocated it again. It is still SOOO swollen, and my leg and foot are swollen too. I still can't bend it, at all. I am going to the doctor in about a week .. and im nervous. Will I need surgery? And why do you think my leg is swollen. Oh and i am using crutches and I have an immobilizer. (link)

i did the exact same thing = ]. you wont need surgery, so dont be nervous. as long as you have the same injury as you did before, they wont operate because they dont need to and it would just cause more damage.
if it is really that swollen, maybe you tore cartilage, now for that, you will need surgery.
