I have big thighs/butt.
What are some good ways to tone them up?
I ran a mile and a half everyday last summer, and that didn't have much of an affect on my upper legs. (link)

do about 30 squats, some leg exercises. Also hindu push ups, it's when you arms legs on the flor, and spread your legs out a lil. then in a scooping motion move yourself up and down. Kinda hard to explain but just look up hindu pushups. hope this helps

I have alot of acne and im a pretty girl but when i look in the mirr my face looks worse and all red and i want it gone i look soo bad with it i odnt know what to do is there anything i can fine or do i cant go the the doctors im poor idk what is there like to find around the house or drink or what please help me (link)

for most caeses of acne it's stress. try and take a breather and try and look things with a calming light. Also try not to drink any energydrinks or sodas, drink some water. Also wash your face once in a while, when dirt is collected they form those nasty ugly things. If you have some rubbing alchol use it once a day, and when you do don't touch your face. It'll burn a lil but it works, i used it too and i look pretty good so i've heard. Also that proactive is ok too, but this home remedy works too, it's not expensive and it's very cheap cause it's free. Anyway i hope this helps and good luck.

well i have a little problem. my legs are really fat. i am normal arpund my stomach and stuff but my thights are so fat. like i dont fit in any jeans and they touch up there so it makes me run slower and it gets on my nervs.
i want to get rid of that

Well, here's a good start for getting all those punds off dude. for one thing don't eat fatty food, don't even look at them. Soda's a bad way to start too cause then you'll get pimples on your ass. Nest is the food, try eating light, for example; a salad,or a vegi burger. Low carb stuff helps out too. Make sure to drink lot's of water, clears up the face and makes the body happy. Last but not least exercize!! now i know there's people who say that they will and don't cuase they're lazy... and you know it's true. EXCEPT you can go for a walk or just play your PS2 with the eye toy. Or fork over 200 bucks for the Wii and use the Wii-mote for some arm exercise. get what i'm saying? i've recently changed my eating. here are two days worth of eating examples;;
1. no breakfast( i woke up too late)
lunch-2 peices of wheat bread, 1tbsp of mayo & 2 tbsp of honey. and lettuce. ( no lunch meat )( total=345 calories)

dinner-banana
nature valley bars
chives & sour cream baked potato frm wendys
snacks-apples
about 900 caloires

snacks;a bite of chocolate

am i eating too less? its hard to eat heatly & eat alot. $ is a huge issue
i exercise so thats not a problem

first off, calm down. Second the only way to lose a bunch of weight is to take care of youre body, not how much you eat. If you wanna lose weight do it the Thief way ^^ Exersice 3 times a day, maybe some jogging if you want. Drink plenty of water, and 5 servings of fruit or salads of your choice, maybe an occasional treat if you want but not too much ya know? lift some weight, do some runnin. I've done this a lot and im on skinny guy ^^ hope this helps

hmm start out slow with some walking and slowly biuld yourself up with speed. i do it too, it's also good to listen to music while running a bit too, passes the time away. about a good 10 min should do it, take a break and start again

Listen.. this sounds impossible.. but I need to lose like about 50 pounds by may. I'm almost 200! That's so bad! I've done it before, I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months, but that didn't stick due to a very bad car accident which impailed my health (my neck was injured && kidneys) and led me back to an unhealthy weight. I just joined a gym, and I have a eating plan picked out. But I need some more pointers! Like.. how much calories should I take in.. and how much I should work out daily.. what exercises should I do? wel, im glad you're ok from the accedent, you should work three times a day with at least 5 servings of fruit of you're choice and drink water, lost of it. It will help out you're complection and make you're body funcion normally, i know cuase i'm doing it and im pretty damn thin. just take it slow lil by lil, hell even a lil walk or jog could make a diffrence. It's the lil activitys that will add up and make a big diffrence. Hope this helps

I am currently 17 years old.. 6 foot 3. But I have a awkard voice that makes me sound younger and smaller then I actually am.
Is there any way I can retrain my voice? By making it deeper and more normal.. right now I cannot stand listening to my voice when it is recorded. (link)

well listen to me youngling. im 19 and i look like im 17, and my voice sounds younger too. As for normal, there's no such thing as normal. Normal is defined to be as what the majority thinks, but is it realy? or is normal a non-exsistant word made for those with no independance to fallow to be as fake as those who wear those stupid faded jeans. At any rate i would say the good lord has made you for who you are and when you do get older, all the babes will be all over you cuase of your young stud looks
