What is the fastest way to get a 6 pack?

ok...i'm adictive to coffy...how should i stop?!?!? coffy its not dat good for da body dats wut mah baby tellin me...but i cant stop i drink 4 cups a day...n i can drink more n more...
i kno its not good...n stuff n on top of dat i put wip cream in it n dis other thing n also sugar...n dat makes it worst but mad tasty!!! doing all the excercises ive seen on here no one has said how long it takes to get a 6 pack, sooo. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A 6 PACK! im male/15 thats fairly slim.
you need to replace your carbs witrh protein and work out for about 45 min daily. make sure you spend at least 15 min on your abs. stay active and don't eat simple sugars and simple carbs(not muscle food at all). Like for example with your sandwitch eat peanuts instead of chips, etc. if you work hard i'd say prolly about 2 weeks!

does ne body know if laughing actually works out your abs? and if ne body knows some good work outs to get your stomach more toned just stuff you can do around the house without a full on workout please tell me! thanks much..
Yes laughing actually works your abs and it makes you live longer too. When your doing something tightin your abs while you do it and do like 25 sit-ups each nite.

Are crunches or sit ups better for you?
Do both because they work different muscles. If I had to choose I'd say Sit-ups because you start off like a crunch but keep going up!

Well, I'm 12 years old and 5'3, I'm only 100 pounds but i look fat, people ask me how much I weigh and I say around 100 and they don't believe me, they think I weight more than that. This really ticks me off so I was wondering if I should loose weight and look thinner or what
I'm 5'3 and weight 130..i'm not fat though. Different ppl carry their wieght differently. Also is most of your mass fat or musscle? Se Muscle weight twice as much as fat so if you have no muscle and only fat then ya your gonna look fat. Just take out simple carbs, lower your proportion size, and exercise. Try to get your fat off becasue 1. it's not healthy 2. it make you lazy 3. you'll die early 4. if you have body fat know then you'll have it alot worste as an adult

ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?
I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case?
I have your same problem except i'm 5'3 and 130. I don't consider myself fat, and your shouldn't either, we're just a lil chunky :)!! If you really wanna get rid of it for convedence or health or w/e then just do a 30 min cadio daily (maybe take one day off a week) and do 30 ta 50 sit ups and do leg lifts for a little while and then curls. Don't eat simple carbs and don't eat alot of fruits (lots of sugar)..try to make yourself eat some veges..don't eat big proprotions

Has anyone here gotten there tonsils out? If so, what's the best food to eat other than ice cream? I just got mine out 2 days ago and nothing tastes good and I'm in pain -__-||

hey michelle! its ab! what is the best way to get your legs muscular?
Run, skate, swim.. but push yourself 200%.. I've found that it helps to get either a private coach or your mom or someone to push you. Even if you feel like your gone die just go harder or faster! I know that sounds tough but see I was in the skating class and my personal couch made me give it 200% w/o water or a break or n e thing for an hour. I only did that once a week.. but I did stay active throughout the week. N E ways I had awesome legs. Also put weights around your ankels and go do toe toe touches, leg exercises, or run up hill.
