It takes practice and a lot of patients.
learn the basic chords then learn the more difficult chords, like bar chords

I dont know what to do. Music has taken over my life. Its basically taken over any kind of life I have. I really dont want to see my boyfriend or friends anymore because I want to play my guitar. And another thing, everyone makes fun of the music I listen to because its mostly old stuff. I cant help it! Thats just what I like. What do I do? (link)

look in your area for music stores. They should have them if they don't they can order them,
the price range i can't tell you because the price is based on the brand of them and Etc.
you'll have to look around to get the best deal

that means to give the string that you are playing to give it tremblo aka moving the string up and down making a vibrato sound
