I have to do this stupid debate in English. Our RETARDED teacher changed the date of my groups debate THREE times, and now it's tomorrow! I REALLY need help because I'm not prepared at all for this! We have tried everything to make her give us an extension, but she's a BITCH and she won't let us!
My topic is: Whether or not juveniles charged with rape should be tried as adults.
I'm on the affirmative side.
I can't find ANY information on this. PLEASE help me. Any information at all would be a HUGE help.

Anyways, it's best to start with google. You already know what side your on, which is a start. Now you have to back up reasons as to WHY you feel that way. Be sure you have more than just a few as well. You want plenty of reasons as to why you feel the way you do. Statistics are always a good start. Normally you can find data supporting your side on just about anything. Try to find government websites that claim juvenile rapists are so&so percent more likely to rape again after being released. You might also use that it's more dangerous to have a juvenile rapist because sometimes their records are expunged after they turn 18.

Im switching my birth control to Jolessa, I just started it today. My doctor said I probably wont have breakthrough bleeding because I was on my other birthcontrol for a year and didnt have spotting before.but she said if i do its completely normal. Ive been reading alot about people's experiences on it and they all said breakthrough bleeding and alot of it.. does anyone have any good experience on it?
This question has been up for a while, and I didn't intend on answering it because I have never been on Jolessa. However since you still haven't received any answers I am going to do my best to help you out.
If your doctor said you probably won't experience bleeding then you probably won't. If it is still a concern for you, carry a tampon around with you for the first few months of taking it. Always wear pantiliners when you go out as well.
Like I said, I have never been on that particular brand of pill. However I did switch from Ortho Cyclen to YAZ, and I never experienced break through bleeding when first switching. I did experience it after missing a few pills one month though. It doesn't hurt. It's just like spotting before a period. Don't worry! :)

If this isn't a joke, then I feel for you. If this is a joke, it isn't funny. It's ironic though, since this probably happens more than you think. It's still not funny though.
You are extremely young. With that being said, going through a pregnancy at your age is very dangerous. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Go to your parents and tell them. You have to do it. You don't have a choice. No matter what decision you choose you will need parental consent to go through with it.
I hope I don't need to tell you how stupid what you did was. You had sex in a bathroom, and you are just a baby! My brother is in 8th grade, and this question makes me a little nauseous because of it.
Anyways, you need to tell your parents. If that isn't an option, tell someone else you can trust. Let them lead you from there.

It's like being in a nightmare you can't wake up from. That's just if it goes good. If you have a "bad trip" you will experience vomiting, headaches, extreme paranoia, and worse.
If you get caught, you will be in trouble. The psilocybin in the mushrooms will show up on a urine or blood test so if you play sports or have a job that does random drug tests, you will be up the creek without a paddle. You should also be aware that magic mushrooms and highly poisinous fungi look very similiar. How many trusting drug dealers do you know? Don't take the chance.

Ali, my freinds and i fight a lot about stupid things! for instance, me and my cuzin(who goes to my school) got into a huge fight about her being selfish and not letting me use her fake nail kit(i kno its totally stupid) how can i try to prevent these fights from happening?

Me and my boyfriend fight over stupid things too. We are both hard-headed, and neither of us wants to back down and have the other win the argument. It is stupid, but it's also hard to walk away from. That's what you have to do, though.
If she doesn't want to let you use her nail kit, let it go. If you want, remind her of this situation next time she wants to borrow something of yours. Don't be hostile about it, just tell her you don't like doing favors for people who don't return them. If she gets mad, keep a level head and let her cool off on her own. Next time I am sure she will be more willing to let you borrow something.

Okay, well i'm 15 female and theres this guy that i've recently started to like alot I had a class with him at the beginning of the year but my schedule got changed so now I have no classes with him, when we had a class together I didnt really talk to him much because i'm really shy and i've never had a boyfriend before, (we sat right next to eachother) but he would always try to start a conversation with me I would respond back but I was really closed off when he tried to get to know me. When he found out that my schedule got changed he told me that he would miss me, and that I should try getting into the class. Also he notices everything like when I get a new outfit or something like that, my mom said thats a good thing :) I was never able to get back into that class but I would always see him in the hallways and he would always say hi to me, I would just smile. But now when he sees me in the hallways he doesnt say anything to me, which makes me kinda upset has he given up on trying to talk to me or what?
You don't have to get him to like you. I am pretty sure you've already done that. The fact he always starts coversations with you, comments on your outfits, and tells you he will miss you if you are gone are all pretty big signs he's interested in you.
He has probably given up on trying to talk to you, but not on liking you in general. Since he has stopped talking to you, it's up to you to make the first move. Start saying hi to him, and ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. If you are to afraid to ask him out by himself, invite him out with a group of friends. Then try to get to know him. If he sees you making initiative, he will start showing interest again.

I don't know if I have dry skin or not but i just put on my make up and my face feels real dry and itchy..would it make my face oily if i put some lotion on my face..i tried that before and my face felt like it was on fire haha Any thing i could do?? I don't want to by anything ..like all the expensive stuff. haha

If you have sensitive skin, the foundation could be irritating it. That's my bet, since lotion burns your face as well.
If you don't have horrible acne, try using Cetaphil face wash and moisturizer. I have light to moderate acne, and Cetaphil keeps my skin relatively clear. The moisturizer will help keep your skin hydrated without making it oily as well. It is very good for sensitive skin, and it's not expensive at all.
You should definitely switch foundations as well. I just started using Loreal Bare Naturale mineral makeup, and I love it! It's relatively expensive, but it's worth it. It's great for sensitive skin, and you can get as much or as little coverage as you want. I didn't think I would be a fan of mineral makeup at all, but I gave it a shot and I am glad I did. You should try it out. I only bought the foundation, but they also sell mineral concealer, eye shadow, glow, blush, and finish.

what are so helpful tips when it comes to studying?
That really depends on if you are in high school or college. Here are some general study tips though:
-Always study in the same place. Make sure it's somewhere quiet and away from distractions. If you always study in the same place, your mind will eventually associate that place with studying and it will be easier to get into that mind set. Never study on your bed. Your body associates it with sleeping, so studying there wouldn't be very effective.
-Know your study style. There are assessments online that can help you determine what style is most effective for you. For instance, I like studying in hour-long sessions but my boyfriend does better studying for 20 or 30 minutes and then taking a short break. I like re-writing all of my notes and studying out loud, but he does better by looking at the notes and memorizing them. -I rewrite all of my notes, and then organize them with a highlighter to get the general flow of the notes and get a basic outline. I try learning the general concept, and then go back in and study all the details.
-Go over your notes everyday. Have someone you know quick you on the material after you review at home. If you do this everyday, when it's test time you will just have to review, since you have already learned everything bit by bit.

There is no textbook definition for how many men a girl has to have sexual relations with before she is deemed a slut. It's all a matter of personal opinion, and in the end the only thing that matters is how you feel about yourself.

My boyfriend wants me to go on the birth control pill so he doesn't have to put a condom on when we have sex but I'm not sure if it's safe to do that. We really can't risk me getting pregnant so I want all of the information on this before I go on the pill so I know what needs to happen for us to be safe. I'm not against going on the pill or anything, but I do want to know if we'll be safe and protected if he doesn't wear a condom any more when we have sex. My boyfriend says as long as I take the pill every day then he won't have to wear a condom, but a friend of mine says she still makes her boyfriend wear a condom just be on the safe side even though she's been on the pill for like 3 months now.

It's always better to be safe then sorry, so if you feel more comfortable if he still wears a condom, you should continue making him wear one. If you two aren't faithful, or if either of you have had other sexual partners, you should always wear them anyway to protect against STDs.
After being on the birth control pill for at least a month, you are 99.9% protected from pregnancy. That's about as good as you can get. The odds of you getting pregnant if you take your pill correctly every single day are slim to none. HOWEVER, there is always that .1% If you can't risk it, don't have sex. Like Razhie said, when you have sex you can get pregnant.
Simply put, you probably won't get pregnant with or without a condom if you take your birth control correctly everyday. If you wear a condom as well though, the chances of you getting pregnant go dramatically down.
The choice is really up to you, and what you feel most comfortable with.

I just found out that I'm a few weeks pregnant and it's been pretty stressful trying to change my lifestyle around. I have stopped drinking and have cut down dramatically on smoking cigarettes. I know you're not suppose to do other drugs like weed so I have been staying away from my friends who do those things so I don't end up in a bad situation for my baby.
What else do I need to avoid though? What else is bad for my baby? I don't want to be taking something in my body that is harmful if I can avoid it and I don't want to be doing things that will risk my baby's health. Is it ok to exercise and stuff when you're pregnant too? I don't know anything about this...please give me some advice!
You shouldn't just cut back on ciggarettes, you should stop smoking them all together. You should also avoid secondhand smoke as much as possible.
Don't take any medication until you talk to your doctor. They will tell you what's okay to take and what isn't. You should start taking folic acid and prenatal vitamins as soon as possible.
Stay away from caffeine too. No sodas, no coffee, no nothing. Start eating healthy as well. Stay away from junk food and start snacking and eating healthy. You should eat 4 or 5 small meals a day.
You should only excercise if you already do it regulary, and even then it should not be anything to strenuous. That is something you will definitely want to talk to your doctor about.
And as you said, stay away from the obvious stuff. No drugs, no alcohol. The most important thing for you to do for your babies safety at this point is to get to a doctor. They can talk you through everything you need to do from here on out.

i cant decide where i want to go to college. i applied to 6 places and got into all of them. but now i realize that i absolutely dont want to go to 4 of them. so its between 2 schools.
im not going to use the names of the colleges but...
the first one is a fairly large school near a city, which i really want. but i've been reading reviews about this school and most are negative. they say "if your not white, rich, a smoker, and drinker, then you wont fit in" and not the last 3. so im just worried that the school is too much about partying.
the second place is a branch of a big school, so they have off campus housing. i would live in an apartment with 4 people. the only issue there is that im a girl and we'd have 2 girls and 2 guys in the apartment. the school itself seems nice, but im worried that i wont get the full college experience.
what do you think i should do? ive visited both places but i just cannot seem to get that moment where im like "this is the place i wanna go" please help!
As far as the culture goes, you seem to be in the middle. There are pros and cons to both, which is why you are having a hard time. Since you can't make your decision based completely on the atmosphere and culture, make your decision based on academics.
Which school as the best program for your major? If you haven't picked your major yet, which school has the best academics or reputation for the most helpful teachers and advisors?
These are all things you should think about. Try talking to your high school advisor too. He or she can help you make the decision.

I usually have a coldsore every winter and I never thought anything big about it until recently. I read that cold sores are actually a strain of herpes virus and that you can spread it to other people. I also read something about spreading it to someone's lips by kissing them or...on their genitals if you give them head or eat them out! I don't want to give my boyfriend herpes on his dick though and I've been giving him head for weeks now! Any legit piercing parlor will require proof of age or parental consent. Besides, you will probably have to be 18 anyway to get any kind of genital piercing.
I got my belly button pierced when I was fourteen, and I had to go to the DMV and get proof of identification. I had my mom with me when I went too. More than likely you won't be able to get this done until you are 18 or older.
The way I look at it, if you want it bad enough, you will still want it when you are 18.

okay, i was just wondering what peoples opinions are on the painting 'The Scream' by Munch. ive tried looking online but they dont have any usefull infomation. thanks :)
It's a beautiful work of art in general. I love the vibrant colors especially. The painting in general is a little disturbing, but that's the whole point of the composition. In his diary Munch even wrote,
"I sensed a shriek passing through nature...I painted this picture, painted the clouds as actual blood."
The whole purpose of the painting is to depict horror, blood, and anguish and I think it did one heck of a job. What gets me most about it is the two figures in the back walking down the boardwalk. They are presented as if nothing is out of the ordinary, even though the man in front is screaming. He's covering his ears, his face looks terrified, and his whole body is writhing. It's like he is the only one feeling pain, and no one else can see it.
The painting kind of makes me feel trapt; like I could scream at the top of my lungs and it wouldn't make a difference because no one could hear me and I am all alone. I am more of a fan of pleasant paintings, but nevertheless this piece of art is amazing. It's one of those paintings where you don't really have to know anything about art for it to evoke an emotion in you.

Art is really amazing and interesting if you give it a chance, and make an attempt to learn about it. I never thought it would interest me until I started taking an art appreciation class in college. :)

Me and my boyfriend are both 16 and we had sex for the first time a couple nights ago. It took about an hour and lots of frustration to get it to even go in, I'm pretty tiny and he's...not. I guess lube or a condom could help that. I also have some extra clitoris that my gyno said many girls have. That got in the way. Does anyone else have that and how do they deal with it?

I have never heard of having more than one clitoris, so I don't know if that could be causing your inability to feel pleasure. You would think it would actually help! Regardless, that is something you will want to talk to your gynocologist about. Ask her if having this could cause you to have problems with intimacy, and if so, what you can do to fix it.
Assuming this problem doesn't hinder your sexual ability, condoms and lubrication will help. First times are very rarely enjoyable, for more then one reason. Naturally it hurts the first time, with the hymen being ripped and the vagina experiencing more stretching then it probably ever has before. However, it's also uncomfortable because a lot of the times the girl isn't comfortable with the situation or her body. Are you having problems in either one of those departments? If so, sex won't be enjoyable until you get used to both. The lubrication will help to an extent, but you have to get naturally lubricated to get in the mood and really enjoy yourself.
I have never heard of the g-spot being on the clitoris. I don't know if that has something to do with your anatomy problem, but usually the clitoris is on the outside, located above your urethra and the g-spot is located inside of your vagina. Women have both. If you just mean that you get more pleasure from clitoral stimulation, then that's completely normal. A lot of women get more pleasure that way. Just incorporate it into the bedroom. Have yourself or your boyfriend stimulate it during intercourse, and then you will both get pleasure. Once again, this is something you can discuss with your gyno. That is what (s)he is for.

You can usually google stuff like that.
Just a tip, your school will find out what you are using eventually. My school would have one popular proxy, and then a week later the students would have to find a new one because the school figured it out. So keep a wide range in mind.
Using a proxy isn't a bad thing if you don't abuse it. A lot of people like keeping their business anonymous and I don't see a problem with that. As long as you are not surfing porn sites, I think it's fine.

Could you please send me a download link for winrar? The one I used downloaded but it still wouldnt let me extract zipped files.
Could it be cause I have windows vista+HP?
I remember reading something that said Windows Vista users may have a hard time using it. However I have Vista and it worked just fine for me.
I haven't downloaded any custom content for a while. My parents won't let me anymore because I downloaded so many pixels that our computer crashed. So be careful not to download more graphics than your computer can handle. Obviously my memory is a little fuzzy as far as this stuff goes.

In your other question you said that you downloaded the items, but they didn't work. I had this problem for a while. (It took me months before I could get my custom content working). Make sure you are doing everything correctly, because if you do even one thing wrong or out of place, the content won't show up no matter where you download it from.
