I just asked you about my stuck relationship, but my problem is I don't know how to break it down, when the time will be right or anything. I'm not good with break ups. I've always done it over the phone or via text. Kinda sad, but I can't face the reality of seeing someone's emotions nor reactions to it all. I just don't want to be stuck. How do you break up with someone who is in love with you but your feelings aren't mutual?? (link)

There is no good way to break up with a person especially when they are into you more than you are into them. Avoid the cliche lines like "its not you its me" "we're better off as friends" etc. So not drag it out because that will make it harder. Just straight up tell him, I am not happy and I owe it to my son and myself to find what makes me happy. You are both going to feel so shitty but just remember that is a temporary feeling and it is the first step to leaving this unhappy relationship.

I like how you are so straight up. This advice has helped me a lot. If I can just now get the courage, I will pit your advice in action.
