If I get a juicer and I juice my veggies, will that have equal benifit to eating them? I like them juiced, I just don't really like the way a lot of them taste when they are cooked and eaten, But I really like juice like ummm Naked Juice and getting Juice from the Juice Store where they mix cellery and fruit and like spinich. Ok thanks for the replies! :)

Same thing. If you take a carrot and blend it up to get the juice it's the same carrot you put it. Do you like to eat them Raw?

(Rating: 5) no but I've been thinking about first working on getting more juice in, and then maybe starting to inculcate more raw maybe like snacks and salads and kind of move into the whole fruitarian and vegitarian thing for him. We have tried some of the raw food dishes and it's cool. I need some more equipment though haha like food processors and stuff :P
