My name is Natalie, I am 17 years old and in the beginning to myn9th grade year I dated this guy named James. We were on and off and I listened to other people and it just messed up things for me and him. Over the time I started to fall in love with him. We decided to go back out his first year of college and I was a high school junior, of course it didn't work out because Of our schedules and then months later we had this big fall out and he blocked me from facebook and I deleted his number. In April I think I started feeling guilty because I did treat him like he was nothing and I do love him so I apolgized and he told me that his mother died and he was sorry too be aide life was too short to hold grudges. So we went back to being friends but I still loved him and wanted more but I realized he was dating someone else. I told him anyway and he told me true love never dies and he still loves me. It's like I want him to be happy but I want him to be happy with me. Am I being selfish?? Should I leave him alone?? What should I do??

If he wants to be with you, he'll come back to you. Especially now that he knows you still have feelings for him. You really shouldn't try to interfere with their relationship, though. Put yourself in her shoes & think about how you'd feel if you were her.
