I have a crush on this girl in school, but I no that she doesn't feel the same way about me(she has a boyfriend already). How do I get her to love me instead of him?
You don't. You probably won't like my answer, but imagine how you would feel if you were this girl's boyfriend & another guy was trying to get her to love him instead of you. It's definitely not a good feeling, & there's a good chance the girl will only see you as a jerk if you try to do something like that.
