okay so let me just start off b y saying i love my boyfriendd sooo much like i can't even explain it
but my boyfriend and i are looking at colleges this year and he wants to go university of vermont and i want to go to a school in our state.. CT and i don't know how we can make our relationship work thats all i have been thinking about and he's wants to get in so bad and i mean i want him to be happy and go to a good school dont get me wrong its just i feel like crap like how are we going to keep our relationship going when were in diffrent states going to school ?? if this has happend to anyone and they have advice for me on how to keep it going or not to feel like crap? that would be great anything is appreciated (link)

i'm only 18, my boyfriend 20. we have been together for only 2 months, we met in the summer. he just recently left for an away college. i go to the college in our state. he is only 5 hours away. he's going there because thats where he went before he knew me for baseball. i have to support him because i know he would do the same for me.
let me just say trust, loyalty and honesty 100%. thats all you need.
you guys should sit down and talk about how much you each will be willing to see each other. how much love you actually have. and how hard it will be to trust each other, no doubt. but can you do it? can you be mature enough to trust and love one another while you are apart. look at all the pluses and negatives.
if this is what he wants to do and he will be happy doing, you have to give up in order to receive. maybe you guys will make it, maybe you wont but you have to be willing to risk the chance. if u dont try, you might lose a great person and if you try and it works, you gain so much more. also dont ever listen to anyone else, neither of you can. i do promise u this, it is hard.
i spent my whole summer with my bf so when he left about 3 days ago. the 2nd day, i broke down but i didnt tell him because i want to stay strong for us not just myself or him but us. i love my bf and he has all three qualities and he says i do as well. i hope we make it but im 100% sure we will and so is he.
but the only way this will work is if you both want it to and how bad you want it to be. i love answering questions like this so i hope i helped you and i really do hope you two make it.
