I really need to start taking my own advice.

I was wondering if any one knew of some songs that really make you feel like you are at the beach or in the caribbean.

A lot of Kenny Chesney's music is beach-like. I think Colbie Caliet would work as well. I also agree that Jack Johnson's is great too.
