okay so my parents wont let me go on the mission trip at my church to build houses for the indian people. my pastor is paying for me ($50) because i dont have the money to go right now. well when i talked to my mom about it she asked my dad who said no. but i really really really want to go because i love helping people like that. its over spring break (5 days) and my pastor and almost all the grown-ups from church are coming (which is A LOT) but she (and he) still wont let me go ! how do i convince them to let me go ?????

Your parents might have a reason for not having you go. The first thing you should do is talk to them. But before you do, remind yourself that they are your parents and you need to respect their choice whether you go or not. Try not to beg because that usually never helps. So try to sit them down and ask them for a second. Tell the reasons you would like to go and how it would help you and everybody else. But even if they do say no after that you are just going to have to find something else to do over the break and don't stress over it. Just pray for them that they will do good things there and that it will all be safe. So I hope everything works out for you.
