what does it mean when someone puts a finger by their nose? i think it means shoddy not but im not sure (link)
Well, I thought it meant : "never you mind" or "none of your business" ,"thats for me to know and you to find out" or "its a secret"

it only means the above BY the nose ( either side)..not on the nose tip.

Ive used it in that sense..and so does everyone else i know haha.
