ok so my old pc broke and all my itunes stuff is there. my nano only charges is i have itunes. this computer im using doesnt have itunes. i was wondering if i download itunes with no songs in it then plug my ipod, will it still charge? and will it wipe out all my songs? (link)

it should still charge.
my ipod can charge even if the computer doesnt have itunes.
but yeah it will charge and it shouldnt take your songs off unless you click something telling it too
