near the top of my thighs, they touch because of some fat thats there i guess. how can your get rid of or reduce this area with exercise? (link)

Seventeen magazine has tons of thigh work outs. im not so sure how i can explain one but basically you put your arms out but bend the elbow like your holding a tray and then lift one thigh at a time like 1,2,1,2,1,2 and keep going, i normally feel the burn quick you probobly could to, you should subscribe to seventeen or look up "Thigh Workouts" on google.com they probobly have a TON anyhere on your thigh, trust mee. good luck hope something helped. :]
