I have mono. I started by getting a horrid sore throat around June 25th. The sore throat only lasted a few days. Now the only symptoms I have are fatigue & I can feel that my spleen is enlarged & I have back pain, etc. When would it be okay to start kissing again?? Thanks!! (link)

Well if you have mono. you shouldnt kiss anyone while you have it because it will obviously go to the other person then they'll have mono. so you should start kissing when you dont have mono anymore. my mom got mono. when she was 18 and it took about 10 months to get rid of. i dont know much about mono. you probobly do though, you know the whole don't share anything/kiss anyone ect.. but luckily im sure mono goes away. well i think. look up more information about mono. see how long it normally lasts, and ask your doctor when its okay to like "share drinks" with people and stuff. well hope something helped. good luck. :]

Mono is always in your system no matter what. That's why I'm not too sure.
