advice
alright so.
i've been trying to lose weight but lately i've just been bored so i haven't.
i do one thing and then i think this isn't working and i just stop after like 4 days [yeah i know horrible, huh? i know it takes a couple weeks to start working]
can anyone make me a workout plan that i could actually stick to?

allright, well i have the EXACT same problem! but just a couple days ago i started following somthing that is SUPER good! okay, so i sadly weigh 105, i'm telling you this because you need to know if you want to know how to loose weight my way! there is a thing called weight watchers, and if your not over weight enough to do it as a kid you can't! but you can do it at home! i get only 20 points a day! wich isn't a lot! the more you way the more pointe you get! if you work out or somthing you get like 2 more points! if you look it up online how much different foods are, and then you can see how much it is! it helps youi loose weight, and gets you aware of how much you really eat! hope this helps! -morgan:D
