I need to know foods that are low in calories! is there like a number you shouldnt go above or something? i dont know someone help me!

Low Calorie Foods:
Non-Fat 100 calorie packs of Pudding.
100 Non-Fat Yoplait Yogurt
any 100 calorie packs by Nabisco.
Weat Thins
Fat-Free Fig Newtons.


Fruits and Veggies are probably the best for low-calorie snacks.
plus veggies have fiber in them which help you feeling full.
