As of Today, I'm becoming a vegetarian. So far its been good. The only problem I will probably is the fact that I've been so used to eating chicken and turkey. Everyday at Lunch, I would normally eat a wrap with Turkey in it. and then sometimes I would get a healthy choice or lean cousine, and that would ALWAYS have some sort of meat in it. wither its meat sauce, chicken, etc.
What kind of foods can I eat instead of what i normally eat? What foods have enough protein? I'm also trying to loose weight, if that helps. but its not the reason i'm becoming vegetarian.
Oh, I'm 16/f. if that helps.
Sorry if that was long. and Thank you in advance.
Well, you can make your own lunch. I found some turkey lunch meat substitute at walmart and it's really good! I have the same problem, I go to a pretty hick school and all the different lunch lines have some sort of chicken in all the food. I have to get a salad and pick the meat out. ANd any meat substitue has oodles of protein..because the main ingredient is soy protein. I know soy milk has about 6 grams of protein and so does peanuts...good luck!
