I was wondering if you could bleach hair (head hair) with the bleaching cream that's meant to be used on the body (upper lip, arm, whatever)...

I will just bleach reallly thin streaks of hair (head hair XD) 'cause I have plans for a new hair style thing + new color. And I want to do it myself.

Any advice on this one?

Note:Where I live ... no one knows how to do highlights and all.. I'm out of options!

i wouldn't try it..

just get regular bleach for hair in a bottle. and use foil strips.

(Rating: 5) When you say regular bleach in bottle, do you mean the hyd. peroxide thingies that are in tubes for hair dyes?...The clear/milky liquid thingy?
