Thanks so much for your advice I am really going to try your workout plan! Could you tell me what accordian exercises are? Thanks so much!!!

well...first you lay on you back......legs out.....arms to you side. then you bring you knees to your chest, but not all the way. then you lift you back like you do in a crunch.


THEN!!! you go back to the firstposition, but lifting you legs off the ground[[about 5 inches]]


then repeat
